Fast efficient but wish I didn’t have to leave message every time

My dog was dropped off at 8:15 for his appointment and I did not get a call that they were done until almost 1pm. They called to tell me all they could do was give him a bath because he was so scared and nipped at the groomer. So basically they left my scared dog in a kennel the entire time and gave him a $30.00 bath. I'm upset that they did not call me sooner to tell me of the issue they were experiencing as it was his 1st official grooming from his puppy groom a few months back. To make it worse they told me my dog needs to be "socialized." My dog is socialized...you kept a scared dog in a kennel for 4hrs. I will not recommend Petiamo. I do not feel they are experienced or patient or communicative when it comes to certain breeds or behaviors.

This is a family owned business with caring owners and a great staff. As my dogs were older Petiamo allowed extra time to safely groom them and minimize their stress. My dogs always looks great. I highly recommend Petiamo for all dogs as well as specialty dogs that have a certain show dog cut.

I have taken our dog here for about two years!! I have never met such nice owners and they are so caring to our dog. She’s always so clean and she loves going here. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Prices are amazing for the service and quality. I would rate higher if it let me !!

Our dogs look CUTE AF. They also handle COVID-19 procedures very well here. I felt safe interacting with them for sure.

The staff at Petiamo Pet Salon are unfriendly and unprofessional. I've taken my dog there on 3 separate occasions and each time there have been complications and rude encounters with staff member. Im not a difficult customer, I'm quite understanding and I dont usually leave negative reviews however enough is enough. I will not be returning and I'd suggest you use a different salon if your able to. Save yourself from a bad experience!

Friendly staff greets you promptly and send you home with perfectly groomed fur babies. They care for and handle your pet not only with gentle hands but appropriate techniques. Your pets safety is always the top concern.

After being a customer for over 2 years they cancelled my dogs’ appointment an hour before we were bringing them in because my mother in law had a bad experience a month ago and requested her money back. Better make sure no one you’re related to has an issue or you too will not be welcomed back. Talk about poor business.

We’ve been bringing our little one to Petiamo since he was a baby. Owners and all the staffs are super friendly and professional! Sometimes my requests could be pretty detail and tiresome.. but they are really really good at keep everything on track! #thankyou

We have been bringing our Havanese here since she was a puppy, around 4 years. They are awesome when we were working to keep her hair long and always do a get a great job with the trims and great advice for us to try to keep it looking nice but the long hair look on our pup was a lot to take care of so we decided to start going shorter and it did not take long for the salon to help us dial in a look that we love.

I had an appointment here to get my dog bathed since my regular place was fully booked. The staff was a little rude and the services were over priced. My small dog that gets groomed every 2 weeks at another Salon was told he was heavily matted and the price was going to be $65. Needless to say we walked out and waited for an appointment with our regular groomer.

Everyone here is so sweet!! They do a great job with my pups.

I have been going to Petiamo for almost a decade now. They are the most caring and qualified groomers I have ever had the pleasure of taking my Yorkies to. I go often...the prices are fair and the quality excellent!

They do a great job.. $10 cheaper than Petco and it only takes about 90 minutes.
