Great staff and Dr! Everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful. It was my first time coming here to this hospital and I took my dog in for surgery with Dr. Halmilton for his tumor and she was the best!!!. She’s very nice, kind, and compassionate. Prices were also very reasonable as well. I would bring all my dogs in to her again if need be.

My dog rates a 3+ star because she hates baths and shots. I, however, find the staff WONDERFUL and submit the reviews so Chino is overruled! They treat her warmly as she stares daggers at me. When I get her, she's delighted and looks and smells great! Chino says that they were nicest of all the groomers and Drs. It's the humiliation of being seen naked and prodded that she objects to. I tell her I understand completely because I have Docters too. The grooming, I Love????????.

Dr. Hannah Hamilton is the best vet. We bring our four dogs and one cat (22 years old) only to her for their treatments. She is always available and her bedside manner is great.

I've been taking my cats here for almost 18 years. The staff is incredibly nice, the veterinarians are knowledgeable and friendly, and my cats get care I can trust. I just had to put an elderly, sick cat down, and everyone was very understanding and helpful during that difficult time. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner.

The staff was very compassionate in our time of sorrow. They made all the difference when it came to make the decision to put our dog down. They allowed us plenty of time to decide and then to say goodbye. They took great care with us and our boy.

I have been going to Park Animal Hospital for 15 years with my African Grey Parrot. The Doc is a first class vet and always takes the time to make sure my bird is in good health. I highly recommend him and the practice.

I’m like…on the fence I guess. I rescue hospice/special needs dogs (and a kitty or two) so they tend to be pretty high acuity. My former vet whom I adored had to retire unexpectedly and I’ve been so lost every since. My initial thoughts on this business were actually super positive. I felt like the weekend vet took his time to listen to me babble on about all their weird ailments and seemed to really care about the situation. I’ve now taken multiple pets in and…dang it. I WANT it to be good, but….I’m not sure if it’s a disconnect between my expectations and reality or if there’s really a problem.I was able to make a drop off appt fairly last minute which I was very appreciative of, as it seemed like it was going to be a serious medical problem. She ended up having an expensive invasive procedure done to make her more comfortable, i was worried about her but did not and do not dispute the costs, this stuff is expensive I get it and if it helps, worth it. Unfortunately after coming home she continued to get worse and was having serious trouble breathing. When I called I was told they could see me “maybe tomorrow” and man, just no. I get being busy, I’m ok with scheduling appointments even for serious but not life threatening stuff but not being able to breath…that’s critical. Of note the person who took my call didn’t ask my name or anything so she didn’t look up the procedure the animal or ask anyone else for input or anything (sorry I’m still upset even though I’m trying). I even said, “you want her to struggle to breath until maybe tomorrow? That’s not ok” And was told “I understand but yes”. This animal was humanely euthanized that day by a completely different vet office. I had to find a vet to euthanize my pet who could not breath during the not being able to breath crisis. I waited a few days to write this because man, so many emotions and I didn’t want to be irrational but I still feel really disappointed and concerned. In addition to grief I’m anxious about what happens with this situation in the future? Was it a one time thing? Ugh what do I do? Let me be clear, they could NOT have saved her life, but they did let her go home with me where there was a huge possibility she would not survive and a) did not convey that b) were not able or willing to help her die without suffering when that ended up being the case a day later. I honestly don’t know what to do now, I guess I’ll update the review, hopefully no matter what, with good news.

Double check your appointments! They canceled on my sick animal and then told me I had to take an appointment a week later or nothing. Doesn't matter how sick he is.

I took my daughters pet rat here about 3 weeks ago. They gave me a great price for the office visit and prescribed me 2 medicines. Unfortunately she to a clerical error we only received 1 medication and it took several calls with wrong messages being relayed to the Veterinarian. Although he did return my call, which was a pleasant surprise. I will go back here again, because the Vet, services and fees were awesome. It just needs a bit of improvement at the front desk. FYI the rat passed away last night but I believe the medical care was the best we could have received. By the way who knew a rat is considered an "exoctic pet" at the Veterinary Clinics? The Pet Rats only cost $10. The total Vet bill.... more than $100.

Went in for a 2nd opinion for my rescued reptile. Same week appointment! The vet explained his concerns and also a treatment plan that started with bare minimum before jumping all into extensive testing, which I appreciate. My sons and I left feeling more confident in the treatment Dr. Cacciabaudo got us on (very easy on the wallet to start). Also, all the staff we interacted with were super friendly and welcoming. I feel very relieved to have found a clinic for my exotic pets ❤️. PLUS late appointments! Dream come true for a busy working mom.

We have been going to Park Animal for 30 years. Doc C takes better care of his animals than most regular human doctors take care of there patients. I cannot say enough good things about Doc C and his staff. If you need a vet there is not anywhere else to go better than PARK.. C and his staff are professional and passionate about all animals. Great!!

Had a rat that need surgery to remove a rapid growing tumor. He not only let her stay the night before but also squeezed her in to get rid of that thing. Only 1of 2 places I found that take rats and this is my go to place.

This place has vets knowledgeable on rabbits! The staff seems to care a lot about the animals despite their being so many coming in all the time. They have all been very nice to me. It makes me feel good coming in. This place is very busy so I’d have some time to spare. I saw Dr Abraham for what it seems to be an upper respiratory infection. He and staff are very communicative and he has answered questions and concerns I have had about my rabbits health throughout the weeks. He knows lot and even has told me some things I didn’t know about Rabbits despite research.I was recommended this place by a friend and I’m glad I came.

I've never had any veterinarian's office show more care and concern towards my animals then the ones at Park animal hospital.
