All though this was a very devastating time for my family, I want to Thank Nadia for all her help and assistance. With out her help we would have been in a worse situation, I can't thank Nadia enough for making this as smooth as it could possibly be!

My brother in law referred us to La Paloma Funeral Home and we're so glad he did. It was affordable and the staff were so welcoming and nice. Everything is detailed, no hidden fees and they really work with you to find the right package suitable to your needs and budget. My sister's death from Covid-19 was a hard pill to swallow, but having had Darron Basinger assist us with arranging her funeral and burial was truly a blessing. He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. Everything we planned was carried out to the t. The two reps who transported the casket to and from the funeral services were prompt, professional, showed great care and expressed comforting words to our family. Because we had to wait for a military document before we can proceed with the burial, La Paloma kept and cared for my sister's body without any additional cost, which helped to lessen the load and provided us with much comfort and solace. Darron arranged for Military Honors, personally transported my sister's body to the Veterans Cemetery, and made sure she was laid to rest before driving away. Thank you Darron and La Paloma for being so thorough in making my sister's send-off a success. My family's heart is at peace and will be forever grateful for your exceptional service.

From the moment I had to plan my husband’s service I truly didn’t know where to turn. There were so many options. When I found La Paloma Services it was truly amazing seeing the service that this staff provided. I am all for customer service. And with this industry you absolutely need to have great compassion. Nadia is amazing! I honestly could not have gotten a better arranger. She is very compassionate, sweet, kind and full of support. You absolutely need someone like Nadia in tough times. This was one of the toughest times I have ever gone through and she was so compassionate. Anything I needed or requested she was right there to help and even after everything there was nothing that she was not ready to provide the answer or to help with anything. The actual service was amazing. The staff was amazing. They were very courteous and also so compassionate and patient. This was by far the best price for everything I was looking for in a service. September 9,2020, A family member passed away and choose La Paloma Funeral Servjces for the funeral arrangements of our beloved family member. Our experience was really great from start to finish especially with the help of Nadia Rayas, arranger for the funeral services. She was so excellent in everything. Communication, reponds to our calls and messages really quick and really fast. Responds right away in few minutes or instantly.Always available whenever we need her for assistance. Everything’s in details. She accommodated everything we asked for for our convenience and to make us comfortable through the whole process accordingly. We had two other deaths in the past years And dealt with other funeral homes and Nadia of La Paloma’s customer service was excellent and the best we’ve experienced. She’s really excellent, great, Very helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable of what she’s doing, communicates very fast.Overall, She provided us a very great and really excellent service and experience. If I need to tell to her higher ups personally how great The customer service she provided to us, I will be gladly do it. HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! We had to wait days before we could even speak to anyone in charge, we were misinformed the through the process, we left several messages with no returned calls, when we finally did receive paperwork from them there were multiple errors. We spoke to many, many receptionists, the manager in charge of arrangements Lori and the office manager Annette. None of them gave any condolences and little empathy. Instead, we were given an attitude, them dismissing our complains and trying to rush us of the phone. We request to be contacted the day before the cremation, but we were not. Lori finally called back only to ask if a non-family member that contacted them could get a copy of the bill. We reiterated that no one else was authorized to receive ANY information or documentation. Lori had time to talk to the non-family member but did not have time to call us back. We even had to call to find out the status of the ashes. If we were not so distraught, we would have moved the body to a different funeral home. The entire process was just horrible from the beginning to the end. We could not have chosen a worse place to deal with.

If you are in this situation, I highly recommend getting the services of La Paloma Funeral Services. Staffs are very friendly. I rated them 5 stars, excellent in their services. Nadia did the most outstanding work from preparation to the last details of the service. Nadia is always prompt every time you need her help. She’s always there for you. She’s excellent, very knowledgeable in her work. All documents needed are prepared at the end of service. It’s stress free doing business with her, with La Paloma Funeral Services. The two young ladies at the Pet Cremation center were very kind when I went to go pick up my beloved dog’s ashes today. They made sure I got everything. I highly recommend this place. From the moment we start the cremation process to the very end.
