K-9 Kountry Las Vegas, California

We are out of towners in Vegas for vacation. And we (and our pup) couldn't be happier to have our puppy stay with K-9 Kountry instead of paying and being trapped in a hotel. Our puppy grew up during COVID and still finds socializing with other dogs challenging, and the staff at K9 handled it like the pros that they are. They were patient to give our pup the time and extra attention needed to get to know strangers and other dogs. We did extensive research before choosing K-9 Kountry, comparing them to other boarding options with nicely painted private rooms, TVs, etc that we believe was more for the human than the dog. K-9 was the only one with a pool and understood dogs want different things than humans. We would not think twice to have our dog take another vacation at K-9 again!

Zoe the Dobe is always excited for a “play day” or boarding at K 9 Kountry. She’s been going there regularly for more than three years and we have been more than satisfied with the care she has received from the staff. Also really appreciate the large outdoor play area with enough room for large dogs to roam.

We were in Las Vegas for the Volleyball Tournament for our daughter. We had our Westie puppy in tow. We found out at the last minute that the hotel had changed their rules about dogs and we were left scrambling to find boarding for him. We talked to several boarding facilities and K9 Country had the most friendly staff, wonderful facilities, and seemed reasonably priced. Further, I loved that they offered grooming services before pick-up. As this was the first time ever boarding Rufus we were a little hesitant. He quickly took to the staff and they gave us regular updates on Rufus over the few days he was there. We picked up a very happy puppy who clearly had a wonderful time. Considering we were not expecting this expense the facility was a very good value for the money. I think the next time we head to Vegas, we might intentionally bring Rufus just so he can board at K9 and have a little bit of his own fun!

My dog was never happy until we found K-9 Kountry he hated being cooped up in small spaces. Now if I say want to go see your pack he starts barking and looking for his leash. He loves running free in the wide open outdoor play area with the other dogs and go swimming in the pool in the summer. We use them for day care and when we have to leave town we leave him there too. When Bodie gets home he goes to sleep from all the exercise he gets at K-9 Kountry. The staff is just great and my dog loves them. YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!

My dog Groot loves coming here. Everytime I mention to him “ do you want to go to K9?” He gets so excited and runs for the door. This place is amazing, they truly love dogs!!

Our dogs absolutely love it here! They come home so tired from all the activity and the staff is fantastic to work with!

Staff was great. Answered all my questions and made me feel like my dog was safe and was going to be well taken care of.

They were absolutely wonderful to my dog. She absolutely loves it. I am very happy with their professionalism and care. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommended by the patron in the office but, unfortunately, they could not honor our appt. We were told they cannot do a tour after we got there. Looks like communication got crossed and their internet appt. times are not up to date, even though we called a few days before. So, not sure if we will be back as it is a drive and as a nurse during these times I'm not that forgiving when told to come back in a week ant they would be happy to show us around.

The staff is always friendly and attentive, I hate leaving my pups at all, but feel they are well taken care of at K-9 Kountry, and love that they have the freedom to roam and play!

My dogs love coming here!! The staff is very friendly. I know when I leave my dogs there they will be taken care and treated with love. I can have peace of mind! I would highly recommend K-9 to love your animals!!

Only place we trust. Our pups love going there. They never want to leave. Staff is amazing.

I am so blessed to have found k9 kountry. My lil Frenchie Brody has been a handful since he was born. I wish I found them first to train him. By the time we saw George he as been to 2 puppy schools and a home trainer. George was able to introduce Brody to dogs. He's a sassy lil boy so they know what does he will get along with and sometimes he just wants to chill alone and they accept him and love him as he is. Brody also has a lot of issues with his back and hips and is always getting injured because hes so full of energy. They accommodate the best they can for him keeping him off anything he can jump off of. He's not paralyzed anymore but he can't hold his pee so he requires a diaper. What a handful right. They never make me feel like he's too much and Andrea always reassured me from the start and helped me accept Brody for who he is as well. He recently had another injury to his back so I havent been able to take him back. Everytime I go to my car he think we are going to daycare. So hopefully after this last round of steroids he can have a visit. Although he may not be able to play with the big dogs I know he misses the attendants.

My dogs come come home with more issues from K9 than I care to admit. The nanny’s are great, but they do not pay attention to your pup as well as one might hope. We had one dog that ate rocks, only at K9 Kountry. The first time was acceptable. We thought that it was something that might only happen once. But K9 let it go unattended repeatedly. And once it was identified that our pup ate them at K9 and not at home, we continued to see her come home with issues. K9 did take care of vet bills the first time that me she got bite, (but that was it) but prior issues were “swept and under the rug”. Not only rocks, but torn pads, and bites (from other dogs). The owners, while being very friendly, said they would tend to their needs, do not seem to paid attention to our our pup ls needs as a means to push us out for d the door and collect money. This is the reasons for us no longer sending them to day care to care for them. I will not send my pup here again, they tend to ignore any issues just send them home. Our pups developed issues and continued to be not cared for even while previously addressed from the owners and staff. Both do not communicate with one another. Even if you spend the money to be a member, they will not tend to your needs and take care of you pup as they if you were there. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

George and the crew just “get” dogs. My lab is so excited to go to K-9: she has a fantastic time, every time, and comes home exhausted after swimming, playing and being entertained. Cannot recommend enough

It’s always a great day to go to K9K!! I’ve taken my girls here for doggy day care and when I’ve gone out of town for almost five years. They can hardly wait to get out of the car when we get there! Very Cesar Melan-ish so just love them. A good time is always had by all ????. Clearly they are very selective with who they hire for their team. Free roaming, swimming and more.

Our little bear was so happy! He was very comfortable, and enjoyed his stay. He did get kennel cough, but that extremely difficult to control on K( country's part. They did a great job, we got pictures almost every day!

Great spot for your dogs to play safely and have lots of fun they will be exhausted and sleep. Lots of outdoor and plenty of indoor play and rest area.

A huge shout out to K-9kountry! The facility is amazing with outside and indoor play areas,including a large pool! All the staff are top notch,knowledgeable,personable and are so good with the dogs. In fact I have a hard time getting my dogs in the car after a play day-they don’t want to come home! I use k-9kountry for daycare and boarding. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else!

We took our 11 month old Cavapoo for a tour and he had the best time! We've been taking him 1-3x per week for a few months now and he absolutely loves it! Gives him playtime with other dogs and he comes home happy and exhausted! So happy we found K-9 Kountry!

Andrea and her crew are so patient and awesome with our dog. Teddy loves dogs but has anxiety towards people. I have to thank the staff for making sure teddy felt comfortable and continues to work with him. Letting him know not all humans are bad. Teddy has no hesitation going to K9, his other day care, he wouldn’t even get out of the car. It’s nice to know when we drop him off teddy will be feel safe and has plenty of room to run around with his fur buddies.

I was going on a last minute trip to Vegas and all of the local boarding places near me were completely booked. So I looked for boarding places in Vegas and K-9 Kountry had great reviews. I was happy that they were able to get me in with such short notice. During my pups stay I was sent a few pics and could see that he was having a great time. I’ll definitely be bringing my boy back anytime I’m in Vegas.

Too bad I can only give K9 Kountry 5 stars. We love the care and attention the nannies give our pup. We know he is in good hands and our dog is always really happy to go there. Highly recommend!

Friendly competent staff that take good care of your dogs.

K9 kountry has been a godsend for Lilly a gsd I rescued appox 4 mos ago . I was reffered by a trainer to k9 kountry George Andrea and staff are amazing .Its been appox 8 weeks and Lilly went from hiding in a corner to actually playing . Still has a way to go but Im thrilled at her progress .

My pitty loves to her day visits. She always comes home ready to rest. She plays hard and they take pictures of her day. It’s great to see how much fun she is having.

Our baby loves K-9 Kountry. The staff is fabulous! When we rescued our pit mix, she needed a lot of attention. With the help of George, Andrea and their wonderful staff, our Pietra has blossomed. There are open space's for our babies to run and play. The staff help our pets learn how to play with others. You babies will not only have a safe and healthy environment, they will be loved..If you check out their website, you'll see the many happy faces on our babies. WE LOVE K-9 KOUNTRY !

If I were a dog, I would want to come here every day!
