Ok, first of all We went three to get my son a new kitten, then we found one and we told them that we adopted there once and then, they started a fight about that and they said they wouldn’t adopt a cat for us, Horrible & rude customer service. Never adopting here again

Adopted a cat named Ellvis today...super adorable ???? This place really cares about the animals it rescues and wants to find a good home for them. The cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped and all vet needs are taken care of. You also get one free vet visit at their vet after your adoption. I dealt with Sandy who has a great personality and was lovely to deal with. Glad I found them.

Wonderful people and very caring. Thank you Homeward Bound for watching out for the cats and kittens in Las Vegas

This is a great place to adopt cats. You can spend some time with them because they aren't locked in a cage and they seem to really care about the cats and want to make sure they find the best fit for both the cat and the cat parents.

Wonderful facility, giving kitties a second chance at a happy life. Open room concept and they all look pretty content. Lots of fun lounge about space for cats. Friendly staff and mostly run by volunteers.

My two I adopted from Homeward Bound turn 1 year old on April 16th. They are best friends, siblings, female and male from same litter. I'm glad I adopted them both same time.. They keep each other company and keep me entertained! They are the best! And beautiful!

Such a wonderful place! My mom and I foster the kittens and homeward bound adopts them out to their loving forever homes.

You never gain full rights over the cats the contract they outline is basically a foster contract where they retain full rights of ownership over the cat and can take it from you at anytime. They also have strict guidelines where they dictate how you care and raise the animal. Their requirements are not legal laws. Just go to the animal foundation

The founder Carol, is wonderful and truly loves the cats. It's always a good experience with her. The 1st time I met her is when I found a stray kitty and she took the kitty in. They do a great job caring for and honing cata.

I have been volunteering with Homeward Bound cat adoptions for two years. It is extremely rewarding, and working in a team environment has been fun. Homeward Bound is exceptional in the treatment of cats and kittens until they find their forever home.

Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions is a loving place where volunteers and staff treat their rescues with respect, love and gentle care. What fun to watch the kittens find their way and receive lots of attention.

I had a horrible experience today at their petco event. We arrived at about 10:30 and we asked if we could hold one of the kittens. The lady told us that they open at 11 and they need to clean the cages first. That would've been fine, but she said in the most condescending and rude way. And they couldve had people holding and playing with the kittens while they cleaned the cages as well. After that we were asking about some other kittens, and they said they were bonded to each other. Playfully, my aunt said "that's crazy!" Not hostily at all. And the guy she was talking to basically said "after that comment, we arent going to adopt to you" we were speechless. We hadn't meant any harm at all. We left upset, my aunt in tears because she couldnt get my cousins their christmas gift (a kitten) after driving almost an hour to come to the event. Two rude staff members is unacceptable. After seeing several other reviews on facebook, I know it's not just us, there are MANY other people who have experienced similar. Holding that high of standards on the person adopting is insane and unacceptable. Those cats are going to be in cages in that shelter for the rest of their lives if they're gonna be that strict.

The owner really cares about the animals here and cares more about the animals going to a good home with the right person instead of just someone willing to pay.

Such a great place. They have such big hearts and try to help as many kitties as they can. I recommend going and spending time with the kitties and who knows you may even take one or two home!

These people do a great job at caring for these cats and finding them homes. The other people in the negative reviews need to get a life. THERE IS A REASON FOR KEEPING SIBLINGS TOGETHER YOU SIMPLETONS. Plenty of other shelters to adopt from so quit crying like children SMH.

Wonderful adoption center! All of the cats are grouped in rooms instead of being locked in cages! This gives them so much more room to roam around and it makes it super easy to visit with them (: I love it!!

Very nice cat adoption shelter to find a great cat to take home. All the volunteers I have met are very professional and good people. There's just so many cats it makes it difficult and I had to visit a few times before I made my choice. I may also end up volunteering there because I love animals and this is a great place to come to see cats roaming around and not in cages as you would see them at a animal shelter or a pet store.

Carol and her team have only ever been supportive and understanding with the adoption of our 2 cats. We ended up having to return one after 5 years in our care and they took her with no questions asked and rehomed her. I'm so grateful this adoption center exists with the values they have. Thank you Carol and the Homeward Bound team! ❤️????❤️????❤️????❤️????

Jack Meowington, Pancake, Penny and Taco all were adopted from Homeward Bound and they are a wonderful, caring shelter. When Taco passed away Carol talked me through it and helped us so much at terrible time. She also took in a stray I had been feeding, Sausage, when when had been injured, fixed him up and I got to see him the day before he went to his forever home! Homeward Bound is wonderful. Please adopt here, you won't regret it!

A wonderful place to adopt a kitty. Carol is very dedicated to the cats and her staff of volunteers obviously love every single kitty that comes through this awesome organization.

They tried to FORCE me to take two kittens instead of just the one that I told them. I had told them I could only afford 1 cat and I desperately wanted a a young kitten to have lots of fun with and make memories with. They told me that I HAD to take two kittens when my friend was able to take home one 6 month old kitten without any problems. They have tons of older cats simply because they try to force the kittens in pairs when people can’t afford two. People don’t always want older cats and that’s what they’re left with since people can’t afford the kitten pairs. Definitely wouldn’t go back unless I could talk to the same person my friend did. Maybe then I’d have a chance to get the one kitten I really liked and wanted.
