I’ve been bringing my dogs to NVVC for years. They tend to be busy but I never have to wait for very long to see the doctor. I don’t take my dogs anywhere else but here!

All I can say is these people are absolutely rude ,nasty and horrible. If giving a zero was a possible.. I would absolutely do it. Whoever I spoke to on the phone for one could not take the constructive criticism that I was giving. They like to close early which means no urgent care help .. And not only that who I spoke with felt the need to not only hang up on me once but twice. I believe her name was Sarah. Again horrible people. Who do not take their job serious. But Karma will do it’s part on them ! Already reported them to the BBB . This place needs to be shut down !

The prices are reasonable, the wait times are pretty good, and the service is wonderful! I am definitely coming back with my pets!

I can not express how wonderful everyone is here at this clinic. Kerstin is always so sweet and welcoming, she made me feel comfortable and safe with having with leave my cat there for a sedated groom, every interaction I have had with her has been a positive one. So very thankful to find a vet clinic that allows me to provide the best care for my babies with out breaking the bank. 10/10 would recommend anyone in the AV to take their fur babies to North Valley.

I’ll give it a zero if I could! Because this is an emergency hospital I have unfortunately, I had to take a couple of my for babies here for emergency services. Granted, they weren’t serious emergencies but the doctor turned them into them. They are butchers! After 14 surgeries my tuxedo cat passed away. They charged almost $13,000 for a cat that could not be saved. instead of letting you know that an animal is in dire need and cannot be helped,… They will drain your wallet and turn your beloved into Frankenstein. Please, if you value your pets don’t come here! Unless euthanasia is your only option. ????????????

My rescue (Kit’s Pawprints Dog Rescue) was having trouble during COVID, in getting my dogs spayed and neutered. When I contacted North Valley with this problem, I was given appointments within a week and have continued to receive professional and reliable treatment. So grateful to this Vet for continuing to provide much needed services to prevent unwanted dogs from being born. THANK YOU!

This Vet Clinic is the best! They are so very respectful and knowledgeable in pet care. I have been given great advice for my pups and when I lost a pet they were very compassionate and understanding when we set up cremation. The prices for vaccines are affordable on their low cost days. It is also nice they have set times on a weekend. I highly recommend them to anyone. Staff is so sweet I actually recieved a sympathy card from them which means alot during a time of lost. ???? Great Job!

Sara is amazing. She answered all my questions and was very professional when another customer gave her attitude for being out of a bag of dog food that he needed in a certain size (as if it was her fault). Kudos on playing it cool Sara. And Thank You for being patient with me and all my questions.

What a wonderful and humane set of people, went above and beyond. My biggest thank you to you all !

We did not see Dr. Bosna and supposedly he is a good vet. However, this office is just a huge business with zero compassion. They were unable to perform the procedure needed to help my puppy and sent her home worse than when I brought her in. They charged $450 and made her worse! They have caused us so much grief and financial burden. Im sure they will continue to prey on people who just want help for their suffering pets.

When my dog unfortunately had gotten hit by a car, we took her here for emergency vet care. She did not make it, but the staff here took quality care of her. They gave my family time to grieve some days before discussing payment. Overall, they gave us quality care.

DR.Jeff Ohm was amazing but the manager Ashley has a really bad attitude from the moment she answers. I don't know if she was having a really bad day or she's just a really nasty person. We were helped there 2 days ago and they were amazing. Dr wanted us to come back Sunday and we did and she was just nasty. Yelling at us because according to her I didn't have an appointment and that I was simply a walk in and that's okay those are their rules. Maybe the person that I had talked to on Friday accidentally said appointment but the problem was that Ashely told me all this while yelling and having a really bad attitude. Dr had said it would be a free re check but she said nope I'm charging you $35 dollars hes not the owner or the manager so he doesn't get to say If he charges or doesn't (All this while yelling) Then she calls to tell me she will give me my dogs records and for me to go somewhere else all this still yelling. So confused to why we got treated this way. It wasn't necessary she could of simply talked to me and explained it all to me and I would of understood it all. All I wanted was for my dog to get treated I would of waited but if she treated me this way all through the phone how was she going to treat my dog. So disappointed in her.

Horrible Horrible place. One of the worst experiences I've had, very rude and unprofessional staff.

This place is truly amazing. They have taken amazing care of our stubborn pitty mix. I love that they are willing to take a holistic approach rather then just fill him full of drugs

We have all three of our dogs treated at North Valley and every experience has been wonderful, the staff and vet's are knowledgeable and kind

The assistant there are so amazing and helpful there great
