Love it verry carring, and not to mention verry affordable prices.

I have nothing but great experience with the staffs there. I brought my cat for a check up and Stephanie the nurse who helped me was very patient and friendly The doctor was great. The only thing, they were a little pricey but, it worths it.

They are very vegue about pricing for regular kitten vaccines. Bait and switch. They need better transparency.

I am so happy with Thrive pet care. It's affordable. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else and get pet are for my sugar.

Im adding to my comment because of what the response was from Thrive. They responded saying that they don't see emergency patients. But the first time I took my dog was for an emergency. She was seen as a new patient the same day. How weird that your response is totally a LIE. You just wanted my membership money. Your place is a scam. The first time I went with my dog they were very nice and attentive. They are not close to my home but was ok with it. I bought their membership thinking it was a good idea. BAD IDEA. This morning I called to make an appointment for my dog because she was in a scuffle with a couple of raccoons. She has scratches and cuts all over. The man at the answering service had no compassion and told me my dog couldn't be seen for 2 weeks! My dog is an established patient. What the heck. Now I have to look for a new office to help my dog. So disappointing. I guess once they get your membership they don't care anymore about your pet. No question that I will be canceling my membership today.

Signed up for the program and it’s pointless. Doesn’t matter how concerned you are with your pet they will not make room to see him/her. At this point, the only choice is to go to an ER where you will spend hundreds. Have to hope your pet is okay days later when they actually can see him/her.

Great experience taking my cat, Luna in! Everyone was caring and friendly, and the facility was clean and inviting (it's in Petco, and has its own entrance). When I got back home my cat was calm and playful, even after getting vaccines. That's a good sign because she's very sensitive to energy and she was happy. I would definitely recommend this vet care service.

Dr. Morris and nurse Stepany was great with my dog. Have a lot very patients with him and answered all my questions and concerns about him.

Wish the vet would've taken a bit more time to ask me if I had any other concerns or questions regarding my fur baby.

I called Thrive location in Lakewood, CA inside PetCo, at 10:20am. The customer representative Raashad/Rashir (?) Female voice. She was not polite and rude she ask for my name after that she said, in a rudely manner "how can I help you"? I said, yes I had one question, which was how much is it for general descaling she said was, "$49" for the consultation, I didn't ask for a consultation fee, all I said, okay I'll pay the consultation fee but how much is the general descaling, she said, it depends on the dog? And I said, Okay my dog is in good health her teeth are very healthy all she needs is some descaling. She said, I can't tell you the price, and I said, why not. Because after the consultation we would let you know how much will it be, and I was not okay with that, I asked her, what is you're estimated price for descaling on a healthy 10lb maltipoo 3 year old? She said, I can't tell you it depends the severity of her teeth, I said, I've taken to her vet and they her gave a clean bill of good health but mention she would need descaling pretty soon in 6 months or so and I asked them how much do you charge they charge way too much for a descaling. I wanted to shop around for descaling her teeth, and the customer representative Raashad/Rashir couldn't give a fair answer to my basic question, is it because they put a random price after the consultation visit it seems to me like bait and switch for the treatment plan? It's funny how she said, you pay first the consultation fee to look at your baby and say a random price so at the end if we we say no and they keep $49 to say a random fee for Descaling were we may not fit our budget. I care for my dog all I want is a friendly budget descaling place. All I ask for estimated price and she couldn't give that, I am not comfortable with a place that can't give a estimated price. No thank you. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere where the customer representative are willing to help and assist and they are transparent with the cost.

I chose this place for my puppy since it is affordable and the reviews also are good. Staff is very nice and as far as I can see they treat the pets nicely. The vet answered all my questions without a rush and they have convenient hours as well as the visits are fast so you can just walk in the store while they are taken care of.

I never really give reviews but they 100% were super nice to my cat who gets scared easily, the staff is really friendly and helpful! Definitely good service

The Veterinarians I've worked with there are so informative, detailed and concise. They always have now than enough time to speak with me, explain things and answer my questions. Trust me, I'm a Helicopter parent and my husband is a worrier. I trust them. Thanks!

the Vet care here is amazing! I've brought my kitten here a number of times for unexpected minor health issues she'd been having (first an ear infection, then allergies). all the Dr's and staff here are genuinely caring, but I really appreciate Dr Landon's dedication to care during my last visit - I feel confident in returning here for future care for my kitten!

Fast and polite service. Only Con is that you cannot go in with your pet.

I brought my baby bear here for updated shots and exam and I loved it. The fact that it's not your cookie cutter vet that's there to do their job [just give shots check them and send then on their way] they took time to calm him down because he has so much energy! Ghey took their time and I appreciate patience with my baby. Petsmart doesn't even have patience with him . Then they ran tests to make sure he was well and communicated every step of the way. It's very immaculate there too. Dr. Tran and Mirna thank you for making sure my Bear is taken care of! This is my new vet I'm so happy

Dr. Tran and the team here are amazing. They take great care of my dog Pretty. The love and care she has received is unmatched! Dr. Tran cares and I feel blessed to have Pretty in great hands.

Terrible experience! Waited a week for an appointment. During that week got few texts about calling when arrive! Sunday the day of appointment I arrive and the rude woman tells me I need vaccine record for my dog or can’t be seen! Had an entire week to tell me this instead sent annoying Covid messages! So my injured dog wasn’t seen because they failed to tell me to bring his records! I call later to ask to speak to management and the woman hung up on me!

THRIVE Affordable Vet Care has been a life saver for both my kitten Baby Wilow and my niece dog, Schoka. The doctors are really thorough and their communication via text is top notch. I wasn't sure what to expect especially since all of my visits have been during the COVID-19 quarantine. However, despite the fact that we cannot go into the vet and interact normally, the customer service and personable care was perfectly in tact.
