Sweethearts running the show! Got both my finicky dogs nails trimmed and that's no small feat! Or should I say 'feet'!! ???? But seriously, they did great, very happy!

I never went there I called to get some information they called me back two days later I told them they were too late I don't need your service any longer

Was very happy that although fully booked for the day, Flako was able to be squeezed in. He had his first pawdicure done and we intend to make this place his new groomer. Less than impressed with service at other places here in El Cajon.

An outstanding pet grooming establishment, who really are professional artists! after driving by their location for the better part of five years, we finally decided to bring our Airedale terrier in for her first grooming, and we absolutely could not be more satisfied, excited, and elated on the grooming we got! Prices are fair and are based off the dog size and the complexity of grooming and services requested by the customer. In the end, was absolutely worth every penny and every second! Wonderfully clean location, with ample parking, adjacent to the outback steakhouse. Five stars of five stars, two thumbs up, A+ and all the other cliches are totally fitting because this is one of those diamonds in the rough (of El Cajon). Give them a shot, and support small local businesses over those big box pet stores or amateur groomers who just waste your time and money.

2 dogs and they looked adorable after baths and grooming. They are 7 and 14 years old and I am picky that they are properly cared for.

I heard about paws from a friend, I have a lab and hair everywhere. I heard they did deshedding! Well I took our lab there. Adorable shop. So clean and inviting you can shop for toys food or shampoo products there as well. The people were so friendly, professional and informative. I picked our lab up and she looked amazing. Such a sweet smell and her coat was so shiny. Even our neighbors commented on her coats sheen,Then to top it off she came out with an adorable bandana! Which we always adorn her with . But they noticed that's what closed the deal. I'll be going back regularly and the price was great as well. Already referred 3 people. That noticed our Lab when we brought her home.

Love this place!! They are great with our dogs, and I love that it doesn't stink when you walk in, like some other places I have been. It cost a little more here but I don't mind because they do great work!! A huge plus for me is they are open on Sundays!!

Love this place. Took my chihuahua in w/ out an appt. They were able to do an express bath with toe clipping, ears & bath but give you your dog damp. They have dryers but mine didn't work out w/ them. From what I understood, they do not clean teeth. Paid under $25 for this "Express bath" w/ They said these express baths take less than 15mins so I just waited inside & looked at there products they had for sell. I guess I could have waited in my car if I wanted to.They could use a chair or two for those people like me waiting inside for my dog. They are very friendly. My dog barks & growls at everyone & when I handed my dog over to the lady, he didn't even bite, growl or bark. They really are dog people. This company is the same one that was at the 7 Elleven strip mall on the corner of Los Coaches & Business HWY 8. They do get a nice big sign you can clearly see when driving on 2nd street saying "Paws Place Grooming". The # for them is 619-443-DOGS(3647). They also now have their very own parking lot which is convenient. They lost square footage compared to their last location but some how they def make it work. I'm so happy & proud for the upgraded luck they had w/ their new location. Lastly, they put a cute little bandana on my chi & he never looked scared when they took him & returned him.
