Koi Depot of San Diego Lakeside, California

Nothing was there at the address listed on Google but a dentist office and a daycare. Tried to call several times with no answer. That’s too bad because I was ready to spend about $8k in materials and fish for a client but have to find elsewhere

This isn't a store it is someone's house... called multiple times with no answer. Drove there to see if they were open like Google said they were and it brought me to a house in a residential neighborhood, no signs to show it was the Koi Depot of any sort. Very confused.

Wasn’t a business, the address is a residential townhouse. No evidence of a business and no answer when called, twice. No return call either. When I drove to the address, there was no evidence of a business nor a place for a koi pond, there was only a small front yard- no fish.

This is not a business.. he just orders what ever you need online and will deliver to your home if you're local.. very strange experience showing up at an apartment complex.

With Mark's years of experience, he taught me so much about fish health, pond health..and the right and wrong things to do with a pond...he is truly a gem in the industry..he will always answer your calls, emails, any communication..and in a super timely fashion....he's a "No BS" kinda guy..what you see is what you get..and in today's world..that's refreshing...I love his humor as well..but you best pay attention..he has that one line zinger going on..it might pass over your head..lol..his website ordering I have used several times..quick delivery...Mark isn't about the $$$ he's about the service! YOU CAN'T GO WRONG ON ANYTHING HE OFFERS TO SERVICE YOU!

This address is residential not a business! Drove all that way for nothing.
