When I made the appointment over the phone last week I asked how much it was going to be and they said $69 and I said oh great by the end of the appointment it was $160 something dollars so I definitely wasn't expecting that but what the price quote they gave me was just for the office visit not for everything that Nilo had done which was unexpected I think they should have told me the price to include everything when I asked how much it was going to be so I was pretty caught off guard. But the visit was great and the doctor was great and all the people are great!

While they are crazy-busy (because they are so well regarded and in-demand I believe) when you get to talk to them they are the best… they do a million and one things every day to make an animals life, and their owners, better… crazy, yes, worth it? Absolutely! Huge hearts with brains, experience and craft to match… 5 stars…

My only complaint would be the prices, but its worth the peace of mind knowing my dogs are seeing the best veterinary lake county has to offer.

Marci or Marcy is unprofessional. I didn’t know I was signing up to be her therapist when I got on the phone with her. If your having a bad day just take a mental health day or leave work early so you don’t spread your negativity around. Best of luck to you Marci <3

Beware I would go elsewhere... The first time I set an appointment for my dog I got there and they told me they canceled my appointment didn't bother to call or anything so I rescheduled months later... I bring my dog in for the rescheduled visit and the nurse gives my dog too much IV fluid my dog has a heart murmur negligence is the only reason hopefully my dog makes it out of there today I would recommend going elsewhere.

I knew Molly was in good hands as Dr. Cannon is caring & truthful. Her whole staff is friendly & willing to help.

Taking an animal to the vet is never easy under these circumstances but you made him feel better and we thank you so much! We will be bringing him to you from now on along with our other dog! I had what was an unfortunate and not so great experience speaking to one of the vets at Wasson recently. My dog was having an emergency and his normal vet could not see him. I had already driven down during the night to the emergency vet in Santa Rosa to be turned away so I waited all night for any Lake County vets to be open. I called after 8am and both times I got a voicemail stating the office was closed and if there was an emergency to call the on call vet. I did so and left a message. Within 20 minutes I got a call back, but instead of trying to help I was told I didn’t listen to the voicemail and that the doctor will not return calls while the office is open. I tried to explain that the recording said very clearly the office was closed but the vet did not listen. She berated me for not listening to the message and that it very clearly says if they don’t answer they are busy and to call back again. So I called back the office, five more times, and every time got a message stating that it was closed. I called back the emergency vet and left her a message to let her know that was the case. At least twenty minutes later, well past 8am (I kept trying the phone lines) they finally switched the phones to “open,” around 8:30. The receptionist was very kind and while they were not able to get my dog in, at least she answered and did not use that time to imply I was an idiot who can’t listen to a voicemail. I understand being short staffed, and I get that being on call sucks, but when someone calls in tears because they are afraid their dog will die, following the instructions given by the office voicemail, it’s not super helpful to berate them and tell them to follow instructions “properly,” particularly when that person is in fact following the directions they were given.

We are visiting Clearlake for a family vacation and our cat developed a UTI. Wasson told us to bring him right in - a same-day appointment on the day before a major holiday! Did an ultrasound and UA and an antibiotic injection for a great price. And the piece of mind of knowing my cat got appropriate care so quickly while so far from home is priceless!

Always helpful Many years ago they were the only vet in 3 counties who were willing to help my dog. They saved her life at 8 months old. She went on to live to nearly 19yrs!! Thanks for helping us then and today.

Been my clinic of choice for over 10 years and they are an hour drive for me but they are worth the drive!

This veterinary office is amazing. The staff is wonderful, and they actually care about the animals, not how much money they can squeeze out of your wallet. I can't say the same for anyone here in clearlake.

I feel very confident trusting Wasson with my pets.

The staff was compassionate and caring

Emergency animal rescue! The care and support of every staff member (masked, of course) was truly exceptional. Did I happen in at just the right moment...or are they just that ???? committed and compassionate? Not rea)y a Question sense I know the answer.

Always busy but they do what the can to get you in if your pet needs to be seen. Staff is always friendly and polite. I have always felt like they have taken great care of my dogs. One has been seen several times over the years for ear infection and fox tails in her toes. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in great care for thier pet.

They were great with my animals. Very helpful.

They took my little one in he was badly injured no problem. Staff and Doctor are awesome. I recommend them to everyone. They are such caring ❤ people to our little four legged kids. I can't thank them enough for all they are doing for my Inquisitive.

Been going to Wasson for almost 30 years. The Veterinarians are wonderful, brilliant and caring, the office staff and Vet Techs are a joy. Simply the best team to take care of your babies

Wonderful, caring, and very helpful. Their also so good with My pet and me. Remember if they are this good EVERYONE brings they pets there.. Fact is I probably WAIT more time when visiting my doctors, then here ! Want the best. Ok you will most likely have to wait sometime after your appt time...Chill-out ..It's worth the wait.. The Holmes is the best for my pets..

They are the best. Professional, kind. And they really love animals. They saved my dog life.

On Saturday I had to make put down my girl and best friend of 14 years. This decision was not made lightly nor was it easy. But the staff at Wasson made it so comfortable for me and my baby girl. They were kind, compassionate, and so understanding. They were gentle and gave me all the time I needed to say my goodbyes. They made my baby girl more than comfortable as she transitioned out of this life. Then after everything was done they cleaned her up and prepared her to come home with me to be laid to rest. They got me the perfect prints of her beautiful little paws and when it came down to the bill we were told to pay when we ready and to take as much time we needed. This place went above and beyond for my family and I will never take my pets anywhere else. The staff here are doing there jobs for all the right reasons, this isn’t just a job for them. Thank you Wasson y’all are amazing please don’t ever change!

I havent been to very many vet clinics, but this place is the perfect place. They will allow you to make a down payment and pay the rest off if you need more time to pay for the treatment of your fur baby. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my puppy by the time I had made it home after dropping him off for the emergency visit. They truly are a God Send. Thank you Wasson Memorial.
