They were nice on the phone but could not help me. I was inquiring about uthenasia which they refuse to do without an office visit first. No office visits available till the end of January. That is not acceptable for a suffering animal. All the vets in Havasu are so overpriced... its ridiculous!! They have turned into rip off artists many of us can't afford. When people sre sad & most vulnerable really sock it to them financially. That's just wrong.

Dr. Buckman and his team provided excellent service when we brought our puppy in for a limp. His exam was thorough and thoughtful. I appreciate that he took time to calm my fears and explain everything. The techs and front desk staff were equally kind and helpful from beginning to end. The price for the services was more than reasonable. I am grateful to have this level of care and professionalism in Havasu.

Dr. Buckman is the BEST!! ???????? We have lived here 20+ years, he has taken care of our pets always! He is very personable and LOVES our animals. His staff is always friendly and very helpful. BEST VET HERE IN HAVASU... in our opinion!

Called Monday morning by 11Am my best friend was having surgery. Doctor was very professional explains exactly what was required. The staff was very friendly

They were great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding.

Staff and Dr Wilhelm were very uncaring and did not like it when I asked why my dog was returned to me with another dog's collar on over top of his. They did not do the tests they said they would and do not allow the owner to be present when the pet is examined. I will never go back, per Dr Wilhem's suggestion when I called to tell her of my concerns. I wonder if Dr Buckman knows how owners are treated. I had always heard good things about him.

Dusty's told me that he likes the doctor ☺️ and nurses and that's good enough for me.

Good hospital for animals they really do care.

Been calling since they "opened" at 7:30am to only get their after hours answering machine. If you have an emergency definitely do not call this vet.

I am a 1st time snowbird n Loving the winter here in AZ. My dog was coughing quite a bit so took him to Lange veterinary in Lake Havasu. Everyone was really nice. After doing blood work n getting the results found out he has Valley Fever. That was over 2 weeks ago. He is doing better but won't know if he has to stay on medication for a lengthy amount of time till he has 2 6 month CLEAR on the test results. So THANKFUL I was able to get him in to be seen because of the covid thing n no One taking new patients. THANK YOU ALL for treating my furry baby so well.

They have the prescription diabetic dog food (I know, right?) I need for my dog in stock for cheaper than I can get it from Amazon or Chewy. One of the assistants slipped me intel that they get their food shipments every Tuesday so I can be first in line to snag a case. They have my loyalty.

Very thankful to have been referred to go to Dr. Bucknam from a family friend. Dr. Bucknam is very nice as well as his office staff and vet techs. Pleasantly surprised of his fees as his clinic was less than half for check ups and vaccinations than other clinics.

Great atmosphere, great service, and great dogs. A very friendly and laid back place to go with your favorite four legged friend.

The people that work there along with the vet are all so wonderful and caring. Their clients are like family to them . They are just the BEST.

I tried for hours this morning 10-16-20 to get someone to answer the phone so I could make an appointment for my two sick Labradors. No one ever answered the phone. Just an answering machine. So, if you need a responsive vet don't bother with this place.

Rudely to say, I called left message for vaccines, she did call back few hours later although she said we are not taking new clients. Then she started to quote me prices, I then said why are you quoting me prices if your not taking new clients. Not a friendly reception, nor could she recommend a place. Just not a pleasant call. I could have been handle in a much better way. I am sorry we are taking new clients, etc so on.

Biggest point is Animal Hospital of Havasu agreed to see Gracie as a new patient. The Medical personnel are so caring and friendly. A big thanks.
