I took my Maltipoo 16 weeks old for 1st time experience grooming and the partner/owner of the place did not care of being kind, warm and gentle w/puppies. He just care for the money. Adela works for him, she is nice but the acting owner/partner make her to just work and be productive$$$ for him. He was not compassionate nor understanding w/ my puppy and w/me. I thought they will be more professionals and caring but NO! Please if you love your dog DON'T BRING IT TO THIS Pet grooming place. Our experience was HORRIBLE. I cried because my dog was suffering and he did not care. I asked him to not do anymore work on my puppy and to give me back my pup. We left crying. Don't beleive on what they advertised is a BIG LIE!!

The owner always seems angry, felt like I did something wrong to him. If I called to check pick up time to figure out with kid's schedule, he always answered with angry tone and makes me feel bad after talking to him. What is wrong with his attitute? Is he my boss or what? And once the stylist was busy and she forgot to put schedule my dog when I changed the date ( I called a few days to change the date), the owner was angry at me and blame I didn't bring my dog on the original date. What is wrong with him? He thinks Is this only pet salon in the world? I don't wanna go there anymore.

This place is a must try. I'm on a monthly plan that really is a no brainer. If you are going to get a grooming, you would be foolish not to stop in.

I rescued a very overweight Corgi, Abby. She was shedding and had a gummy feel. The staff at PJ Noah in Lake Forest made her beautiful! They went over her three times to thin out her under coat. Everyone is amazed at the difference. I highly recommend this pet salon.

Took our puppy here for her first cut, and was not disappointed! She came out looking exactly as we had asked for, even with our difficult pup! Very pleased with everything!

My orange tabby Oliver is quite a handful. My kids call him various names Olivermin is one of the nicer ones. I have had other groomers call me to pick him up because he hisses and nips. But not at PJ Noah PetSalon they gave him love and respect (cats are about that). They didn't have to use anything but loving hands. He was happy and normal when we got home. We are customers for life.

Love this place! The staff is amazing and always available for our Kingston. Price is very reasonable and does an excellent job on cuts. Highly recommend them!

I always take my dogs here, and they love to go! Good haircuts, fair price, multi pet discount. Groomers are warm and careful with each dog. Owner is on site for any issues and is super helpful. I can pretty much always get my dogs in when I want. Great shampoo and conditioning products too! I used to use Petsmart, but I have watched their groomers allow dogs to fall off the tables and be super rough with them. By the time I got done with all the stupid "add-on" charges at Petsmart, I have paid the same or less than I would here. Highly recommend.
