This store is always clean and well stocked. The associates are always friendly and knowledgeable.

They always have what I'm looking for and they have some good buys if you keep your eyes open.

Nice store, but supplies are still limited. I'm sure it's probably due to the pandemic-related supply chain issues.

Super helpful staff. Nice selection of aquarium fish. Lots of puppy stuff.

Great store. The only issue I had here was the other customers. They tend to be elderly and slow. I watched one couple struggle with Tag Making machine for 25 mins. But, not the Stores fault. It was clean and cool inside.

They have prescription diet dog food.

The management is very concerned about customer satisfaction and fair business practices. The only thing I purchase there is mealworms in a tub of 500. This Petsmart is the only place around that keeps a reasonable supply.

Everything you need for pets of all kinds . We have a small condo so my wife son enjoy guppies.

The personal is very nice they help to the costumers to found everything they lucking for

Employees are always so nice and the sheltering for the cat adoption always seems very clean.

Groomer did a very sloppy job with my little chihuahua nail trimming. Keft it too long even after I ask her to shorten it. She didn't use grinder even after I asked he to use grinder only.

The store had all the items I was looking for. It's also easy to navigate and very clean. The employees there were very friendly and I had a good time chatting with them.

Have not been inside, I just know their carts are blocking half the parking lot so you can't go to the other businesses.

Love this store, especially seeing the sweet kitties for adoption! They're very helpful and have tons of options for my cats food.

The selection in dog treats was a little low but staff was nice and helpful.

I went in to buy a parakeet today and I have owned parakeets in the past so I am no beginner. I only wanted one bird as that is what i have had in the past and it was a super happy and loving bird. Today I went in and wanted to purchase one bird and the lady informed me that I am only allowed to buy two and I can't buy just one. She told me that the bird will get depressed if it is alone. What she didn't realize is that a human can act as a companion to a parakeet and they are totally happy and don't need another bird. After this rude lady lectured me for 5 minutes I went over to Pets plus in san Juan Capistrano and the people working there were lovely and helped me find the perfect bird. Anyway I am home now with Wylie and she is happy as can be. Avoid this PetSmart if you are planning on buying a bird because they will force you to spend double the money and double the commitment.

Decent petsmart. The cats for adoption are often super cute.

They obliviously love the birds here. I have been researching getting a bird for about 6 months now and was going to get a parakeet. Normally petsmart's lets you get a single bird but the worker here would only let you get two. I understand that she probably thinks That the bird would be neglected by me. This unfountantly is probably the case for most bird buyer. It just sucks that she won't let me buy a bird.

My last visit made me wonder why so many people brought their animals to the store with them. Maybe their pets like to pick out treats??Dogs and cats everywhere! It's all good though, it's a pet store.

Prices are much higher than competitors and online for the same product. Service was good and the store seemed clean. I might check them out again in the future.
