Our Pet's Vet Lake Forest, California

This was a good place to take my dog until they started vet roulette. In the past it would be a five star rating, the staff was always nice. Took him in for a diarrhea and lip licking issue, was given pills and told to keep an eye on it. Here it is about a month later, we have a new animal hospital, went to a specialist as suggested, and we find out he has stage 4 lymphoma.

I came here after a recommendation from a coworker. I never have to wait to be connected when calling in and it's not difficult for me to get an appointment within 2wks. If urgent, they will do everything they can to move you up, even give you a ring if there is a cancellation. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I have a lab who was suffering from sores on his paws which we found was due to allergies. Cathy was great in looking him over and recommending multiple treatment options. After a few tries, we hit gold and all of his issues (infected paws, infected ears, losing fur, overall itchiness) were resolved. Pricing is very fair. They never push products and will recommend alternative sources if they know you can get it cheaper there. We even got a free kong toy last visit that's the new fav - see attached.

My dogs always leave there peaceful. There never put through avoided stress. I would give them out as a recommendation.

Such an amazing staff at Our Pet's Vet. I've been to quite a few different vets over the years, having to wait hours (even with an appointment) only to see the vet for 3 minutes. This vet clinic knows your pets, knows the owners and really takes the time to talk and visit with pets and owners. I had to unfortunately put down my family pet of 15 years and as awful as this was the Vet was so kind, patient with me, and answered all my questions and didn't rush me at all. Now I'm starting over with 2 puppies and again, nothing but support and caring from both staff and vets!

Everyone that works here treats each animal like they are their own pet. Very attentive staff and medical support. Highly recommend if you are looking for veterinary services! ????

They are the best very loving and kind they treat your animals very well I recommend them to anyone we are a very compassionate I love our pets that there could be more veterinarians like that this world would be a better place????????????

I have been taking my dog here for years! Now that my dog is older and might have cancer they don't seem like they want to help financially. They do not have any payment plans you have to pay the full amount which is almost $2000 just for procedure to rule out a tumor. Unfortunately that is financially difficult at the time and it's so sad to see my dog suffer. They should at least have payment plan options for those in need.

My dog has been their client for almost 10 years. Recently Dr. Brenis' did an exam...found a tumor. Surgery was successful and lab came back benign! All staff is helpful and caring.

We love our doc and crew, they love our pets. ????

Sadly, I tried to make an appointment as a new client. They are open until 6pm but won't let you make an appointment past 4:30. I explained that I got off work at 4;30 and needed a 5:00 time slot. Nope! Must be no later than 4:30. Guess they don't need the business!

Our vet of choice.the owner is super awesome. She is very kind and helpful. The prices are reasonable too.. definitely worth checking them out. What is for sure is you won’t be disappointed.

Thieves! If i could do 0 stars i would. Worst service i have ever received! They neglected to tell me that my parents would have to pay to go see the doctor. I called and i made the appoinemnt and checked online and nowhere did they say that i would have to pay 68$ just to look at the puppy, i went it for the vaccinations not to see the doctor. Before they let my puppy in they should have warned them. i didnt agree to pay for the price of 300$ for the vaccinations, nor did i concent them charging me 68$ for the servies i would not need. This place does not care for your dog! They just want your money.

Took our 8 year old lab here today. This is not a mad practice, where the buzz of activity can spook both dog and owner. I knew we had overfed our chappie a little, I fessed up to the veterinary surgeon and I did not get the standard lecture. I got kindly posed questions, genuine concern and sound and realistic advice that did not involve the obligatory $90 "he must eat ONLY this" advice. Personally I need to feel more comfortable with my dogs doctor than I do with my own doctor. This practice just won a new client.

The royal doctor (as we call her) is just a great doc with our pets. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and she treats them with respect and patience. We have been seeing Dr. Brennan at Our Pets Vet for many years now and never a bad experience. Always pleasant people at the front desk. Prices are fair to average. Worth it to get it done right the first time.
