Nice, clean store! Usually always have stock of what I need. Staff is always friendly and they greet you when you walk in. They need more carts though!

Easy to find what you're looking for. Friendly employees are happy to help you in choosing healthy nutrition, toys, bedding, for your pet(s). They also offer per owner classes to build your confidence as a pet parent. Cats, dogs, birds, fish, snakes you're bound to find your new special addition too the family.

I live to see the cats for adoptions down there. Besides they have good prices in comparison with other petstores!

Went there for a Halloween costume for my daughter's German shepherd and got it at a great price for $9.99 !

Cat food and dog food way to expensive cost more then my food

Very limited on stock. Nothing for xl or XXL dogs and nothing for animals on the spectrum. They took all the books out. The staff was friendly that's why they got 3 stars.????

Professional and friendly staff at Lake Elsinore salon.

The girls are great with my small dogs. My little girl's always come bk from them in a good mood and happy girl's. Very pleased. Every time.

It's always clean and they usually have what I need. Customer service is good. I prefer Chewy overall, but they are a go to for things we need at the moment. Won't shop Petco because of their employment practices.

Clean & organized. Helpful, polite staff, and actually a little bit knowledgeable! Sometimes you go to a pet store and the younger staff has absolutely no idea how to help. I've found at this particular store they do have gems of useful information to share. They just recently started carrying some more chic brands there. Cuter collars, leashes, and harness vests, camping focused gear for dogs, specialized bakery items, and some pretty decent beds and, of course, toys for your fur babies. I noticed they started carrying collars and chew toys for XXL dogs. The prices are a little higher compared to Walmart, and sometimes for the very same brand! Amazon has got to be a big competitor for these guys too, but I noticed the prices on the things I was looking for was comparable. Add that to the fact that you get it immediately and you get to see and compare things in real life. As an added bonus, you get to bring your pets into the store. I was able to try on dog harnesses for our new pup to get the best fit. I know there are some social issues that come along with any pet store that sells live animals, but I'm just reviewing the actual store, not steering your moral compass.

Made an appt, dropped off my dog told the lady at the computer she has two small matted areas, she said no problem we might have to shave that area I said no problem, 2 hours later groomer at PetSmart calls me and says to pick her up they can't groom her because the matted area needs to be done by a vet... ?Wondering why they didn't just groom the rest of her but I was too p.o. too argue, picked her up, carefully took a metal comb and got the mats out in twenty minutes and groomed her myself,I figure they pick and choose the easier dogs to groom, because my dog was a golden retriever (lots of hair)and when I got there they were grooming a tiny Yorkie = easier. I will never set up an appointment at pet smart again

I Ordered and paid on Line when I walked in the door an employee offered to get my pick up it was at the door so no waiting got my purchase and was gone. Good job making pick up quick and easy. Was happy with product as well
