Great place, they are very careful and responsive. Our doctor and the team were very good and took great care of our puppy. We will keep coming here!

We have taken our puppy here ever since we got him. Often we can call in and get help immediately from the helpful staff, even if we don't end up stopping in. Niguel Animal Care Center has been the vet we've trusted for years now. The facility is clean and well-maintained.

I came in with my dog a week ago cause I felt a bump on my dogs neck I was so shocked he supposed to do a full check up he checked his mouth he’s pawls and was done he asked me if I had any questions I was so shocked I walked after two minutes of being in there already out this doctor he doesn’t cared at all about my dogs well being he wasn’t even friendly a week later after supposed to get a check up here my doc had an ear infection since a week which he should have seen or checked up but like I said he didn’t checked him up fully I was two min inside and walked out after two minutes he charged me a $100 for nothing didn’t even checked his ears and I had to go to another vet to find out that my dog had an ear infection the whole time????he made me feel like all he cares about is charging the money I should have gotten my money back but I was so shocked by his unprofessional behavior that I just walked out…I called them to let them know the lady on the phone didn’t say anything they don’t care or take any responsibility would never again bring my dog to him

Lorenzo loves Dr. Shah and the staff. I love the fact that they give him good care and he feels loved, because he loves going to their office.

Excellent care was given to my little rescue Dog , Gigi. The staff was friendly, efficient and kind. The Doctor was terrific!

For the second time my senior Ragdoll stopped eating, was lethargic etc and Niguel Animal Care Center again got my cat in the same day I called. Was another UTI, and Dr. Shah was compassionate, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the reason for the tests and the cost before anything more than an exam was done. The office is state of the art, they are open seven days a week, the staff is wonderful, and Dr. Shah calls me the next day to see how my cat is doing. I truly have not found such a great vet before.

Brought our new puppy in after having him a week and before he was bred from one of the top dog breeders in MN. I gave the vet all the info and documents of shots our dog already got. After a few minutes the vet called me saying our dogs ear was completely black inside and needed meds, he has dry skin, he had conjunctivitis, flees. Ect. The vet then asked what shots he got already and i told him I gave him all that paperwork already.. He said he wants to re due all the shots and deworming. Basically after a long phone call making it seem like everything was wrong with our 9 week old puppy and that we needed to pay a ton! We decided to get a second opinion. Nothing ended up being wrong with our dog but just needed some dandruff shampoo.. I dont know how this guy got 5 stars! He seems like a scam artist.

Our German Shepherd cut open his tail during our walk to the beach on Sunday am. Our regular Vet was closed so we found this Vet on Google and they were able to perform an emergency surgery. We highly recommend this Vet and his wonderful team. We cannot thank you enough for saving our Frankie.

We have been coming to Niguel Animal Care for over 2 years, our older golden doodle has had many stomach and hip issues. They are always available to see our dog, they are open 7 days a week! We have build a great relationship with the doctor. I would highly recommend bringing your animal here!

The doctor gave a good exam and communicated all the issues well. The staff was professional. My dog was treated great and even during the oral surgery, I was allowed to discuss a few things with the doctor. My dog recovered very well and had no complications. A few days after her oral surgery of 14 teeth removed, she was doing well and eating. Her breath is 100% better. Dogs have 42 teeth, so, even after removing 14 bad ones, she still has more teeth than most people have, and she's a lot healthier because of the treatment.

My dog, Minnie, came in with the left side of her mouth swollen and tender. She was in pain and would cry if you touched her there. The staff was friendly and Dr. Shah didn't keep me waiting. He was very caring and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me an estimate and the price was fair based on my past experience with other veterinarians. I took Minnie in this morning for her procedure and the process was quick and smooth. I look forward to picking her up this afternoon.

This place is awesome! The doctor is very nice and is willing to sit and answers any questions you have. It is not usually busy so it is in and out process.

We take all three of our dogs to this care center. We have been very pleased with our results and their quality of care for our pets. They all seem to enjoy going to the vet. You can tell that they hire animal lovers just by walking in. Five star all the way’

Dr Shah and staff are absolutely remarkable. They helped my French Bull Dog when he was on the verge of death from Pancreatitis. Dr. Shah even came in early on a Sunday to insure my Frenchie was on the road to recovery. Please note that is one of the few Veterinary clinics that is actually open on a Sunday and there pricing is very reasonable. Overall an excellent experience!

Niguel Animal Care Center is our primary vetenarian. Dr. Shah has taken care of our dog since he was a puppy. We always feel taken care of when visiting.

Its always a pleasure visiting with Dr. Shah. He is always concise but thorough in his explanation of our dog's needs. Would definitely recommend this office for your pup's healthcare needs.

We recently brought our cat, Zoey in for respiratory issues. Dr. Shah has been working with us to identify her problem and determine a solution. His explanations of her issues have been very thorough. He and his staff have been so patient and comforting not only with Zoey, but with us and our numerous questions. I was unhappy with my current veterinary clinic as their hours were very restrictive and they were price gouging me on medicines. I'm really glad I switched and am very happy with Niguel Animal Care Center. They have extended hours for people that work during the day and are open on weekends. The prices are reasonable and Shasta says paws up!
