We visited to see if they would be a good place to board our kitties. Needless to say they are booked for an upcoming family trip!

My cat loves it here! She's always so willing to stay and she's so comfortable there when we get her back home it's like she/we were never away.

Smokey is always happy here and I can leave knowing he is in great hands.

Came here for my young cat's nails trimming. During COVID, had to hand her off in her pet carrier just outside their storefront. I was early about 10 minutes for the appointment but I called and a tech came out to retrieve her right away! Thank you! The techs were great with her and they mention that she didn't even squirm! All in all, it took just about 5 minutes. Will come here again ????

Sold me stuff they did not have. Took my money. And never shipped the product. Because they never had it in the first place. Took about three weeks to get a refund!

They take great care of my cat and I trust them. You can tell they really love the animals. I highly recommend this place.

Our beloved Ragdoll, Toby, is just home from his very first visit to a groomer. I was so nervous taking him, but as soon as I met the Cats-Luv-Us team and saw the happy cats, I felt comfortable leaving him in their care. He has come home beautifully groomed and very calm. A very positive experience for both of us. I've never taken him before as I thought he'd be stressed, but he seems to have enjoyed the experience, and he looks lovely. We'll definitely be back!

Best boarding location for cats. It has everything they need and doesn't have the stingy "cat hotel" give that most large centers offer. Personal service and a true love for the animals

The only place I would take my kitty! Even though it's 60 minutes round trip - it's totally worth it. They LOVE cats and take great care of them. My 18 year old cat actually seems to come back STRONGER after her stays there. It's great!

A very nice place and really nice people

This place is fantastic! Our cat loves it. In fact, she is actually reluctant to leave when we go to pick her up. They keep the cats stimulated, with regular access to a large playroom, as well as roomy hutches. Rates are very reasonable. Staff are fantastic and friendly. And Spike & Tigger rule.

I boarded my cat here for a 3 week vacation and am so happy I did! My cat has had a lot of issues in the past at other places so I was nervous leaving her for so long. Speaking to the staff when I was booking her appointment put me at ease because they have seriously seen it all and already have a solution. When I came to get my cat from Cats-Luv-Us i was shocked to find her sitting in her crate, right in the open and not hiding like she normally does! She, of course, pulled some crazy stunts (chasing the poor girl who was cleaning her crate) but they took it in stride and told me how they had a solution. You really can tell that the staff just really loves cats and my kitty and I both left happy!

We have taken our two cats here about 3 times. This past time they were there about 12 nights and we couldn’t be happier to leave our cats with them. Our two cats are shy and they seem to be very happy when we bring them home... no stress issues at all... they bring them out each day to a large enclosed play area to look at the bird. It is a great piece of mind to have them look after our cats. I give them the highest recommendation

Cats Luv Us is an exceptional boarding hotel for cats. We live in Laguna Niguel. And, for 2 weeks in May of 2017 we had scheduled Plummers to replace all of our copper pipes. But, we had 10 indoor only kitties and knew our cats wouldn't be safe if they remained at home during this major plumbing work. We personally searched for an exceptional cat boarding facility. And, we found only one, it is Cats Luv Us. Our kitties were boarded there for 2 weeks, they even trimmed our cats nails! And while our kitties were being boarded there I knew they were safe, free from harm and their kitty boxes were kept clean. Cats Luv Us is a Superior Cat Hotel. Thank you❤️????❤️
