Have two puppies and searching for reputable caring friendly professional to take care of my puppies without fear of rip off. After few blogs with neighbors and dog park attendees find out about Aliso Niguel Animal Hospital. Highly recommend them both Dr. Tuz and Dr. Walter are great, super caring, understanding kind professional and their staff super friendly professional and result of couple visits with both doctors was my both my baby puppies were excited to go in and happy coming out. ????????????❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They do not return phone calls. The front desk never knows the answer to your question and needs to contact someone else. She indicate that she will call you right back which that never happens. They are overprice and give poor service. It's like they do not care if you never come back. So with that said ,I not coming back and would highly suggest to use another Vet. Hospital if I were you.

DO NOT go here! Our first-time visit for annual shots for our feline family member in August, I warned them not to get rough and the Vet nurse out at the curb, informed me he had fought them. He only does that if roughly handled. He appeared very uspet, and then I discovered months later they had not delivered the Feline Leukemia Vaccination as they were supposed to - it was on his prior records that he was to have that shot. A subsequent urgent visit a month later for a urinary issue - the Vet was aggressive and beligerent when I questioned the dubious treatment plan (meds), and the patient was again roughly handled. Again he came home traumatized. Never again. Had they administered the FeLV vaccine as they were supposed to, we may not have lost him yesterday, with him deteriorating rapidly. Expect to be wrongly and over-serviced in some aspectsd, not to be fully informed and have your family member traumtaized. The curbside waiting room is chaotic and noisy - a madhouse - not conducive to a professionally conducted and calm environment.

Two Veterarian office. At present (Covid-19) time, open for businesses. No customers permitted inside. Upon arrival, telephone office and an animal technician will respond to your vehicle and retrieve your pet.

Dr. Beth Walter is very kind, honest and compassionate. The whole staff here is wonderful!

The people's working there are so nice and professional, Great, clean PLACE.

I first came to Aliso Niguel Animal Hospital because the organization I fostered for had a partnership with them. When my foster dog, and permanent dog ate some raisins, they were able to rush both dogs in quickly, even though my dog had never been a patient there. Both dogs received excellent care, and I got frequent communication when the dogs had to stay with the vet. Everyone I spoke with was very kind, and professional, and the prices for treatment were reasonable. I believe my previous vet would have charged much more. I'm very thankful for their help in this scary event, and I'm pretty confident this will be my new regular vet!

Awesome people providing awesome care. Follow up visit was great ????. The puppy is healing as they said he would... so much love for your pet and their needs. The best pet care in the world.

I wish I could comment on the actual care this place provides, but I refuse to take my beloved pet to a place with such an I caring an callous receptionist. She showed no empathy towards me or my situation at all, saying I could just drop off my pet and they may ne able to work her in today, or maybe have to send her somewhere else. She's not a car, she's a living animal that I care for deeply, and I refuse to let anyone provide care who shows no empathy at all. When I voiced my frustrations, she just said "ok". To the doctors here, hire people who actually care about animals and their people. To the receptionist, get a new job that doesn't require a heart.

Very nice and helpful doctor and employees. Our cat had a big tumor growing in his shoulder. The doctor did a great job with the surgery.

Dr Tuz and the staff are the Best.????❤️????. I’ve been going there for years and would highly recommend Dr Tuz to anyone!! My dog Mocha got the best care and now Buddy is. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with Buddy.

Not much for “your pet- our passion” I had an appointment to bring in my rescue cat due to respiratory problems. They took him to the back and minutes later they came back claiming they can’t take his blood and X rays because he’s an anxious cat and because of their safety they needed to sedate him so I should bring him another time! Shouldn’t an animal hospital be trained to deal with anxious cats??? And on top of that they charged $50 dollars for nothing. Very horrible experience!!! I would not recommend this place! Is a waste of time and money!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Aliso Niguel Animal Hospital! My dog was bitten after another dog managed to sneak out her house a few days ago. I was a mess and could not find a place willing to take him so close to closing time until I called Aliso Niguel Animal Hospital. The front desk clerk was compassionate and assured us that if we made our way to their office they would take care of Trey. Once we arrived, their service was above and beyond. Everything from checking him in to cleaning him up made Trey forget about the experience he just encountered. Let me tell you, THEY REALLY CARE. This morning the vet did a follow up call to see how Trey was. They wanted to make sure I didn’t have any follow up questions and wanted to make sure Trey was not traumatized from it all. Trey is doing perfect, and I can Thank you and the entire staff for this! If you value pet as part of your family, PLEASE take them here. You will see why after one visit.

Dr. Tuz is the most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable vet out there! I wouldnt trust my dog with anyone else. When my dog was diagnosed with diabetes last year, it was a daunting process to think about giving her daily injections. Dr. Tuz made the medicine easy to understand and took my anxieties away. On top of all that, the office staff couldn't be friendlier, and they're always incredibly organized and easy to reach. You won't regret taking your pet here!

Dr.Tuz is a wonderful vet with a great bedside manner and a wealth of knowledge. She has been taking care of my puppy and offers a wonderful plan for pups which includes visits, vaccinations and spay which has been a great savings and very helpful for raising a puppy! The office staff is very helpful and patient; they make you feel very comfortable and confident that your pet is receiving the best care possible.

Dr. Tuz has cared for my Golden Retriever from the time he was 12 weeks old and he is now 12 years old! Dr. Tuz and and Dr. Walter have also cared for about 50 of our rescue Goldens from Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue over the past few years. The entire staff is so caring and wonderful.
