Website is very misleading. First he is not associated with with Grand Pet Care Center. He does not a an actual facility itself, he uses the Parking lot of the Grand Pet Care Centers small dog area. He works out of his truck and socializing he mentions on his website consists of his 2 days. 1 that isn't friendly and the other was. I paid in advance $495 for the classes that were $120. Took 2 classes and realized everything I was being told was something that I could learn online. I asked for a refund of the remaining balance. He refused and made a big deal saying he doesn't step put the house for less then $250. Refused to give me a refund and only returned a partial amount. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I don't recommend this trainer. Nice guy till you ask for your money back.

Daniel is an amazing trainer. He has such a kind heart and strong affection for dogs. Sadie loved working with Daniel and was excited about training. She learned all of the basic commands, sit, stay, down, come. We even learned some fun games to practice with her. Sadie is our first dog and Daniel helped us tremendously in learning how to speak to Sadie and how to get her to be a well behaved puppy. I would strongly recommend Daniel to all of my friends and anyone looking for a dog trainer. We will definitely be seeking his services again for our next puppy!

Daniel is an amazing dog trainer!!! He was incredible with my dog Moose who is a golden retriever. He covered all of the training essentials and then a few fun tricks. Moose loved him and was excited for training sessions. I would definitely recommend him to a friend, he's great and is an awesome trainer, go to him if you want results!!

Daniel is a professional at what he does. He has many years of experience and made our lives as dog owners, so much easier. We initially had a pitbull named Gohan for 2.5 years and just adopted Athena, a 3 year old pitbull from the animal shelter. Gohan is very territorial and didn’t not like Athena being in his home. Athena had very high anxiety and did not know how to socialize well. They faught a lot the first few days. It was so uncomfortable at home with a lot of tension from the dogs, they couldn’t be in the same room without fighting. We wanted them to feel safe but as dogowners, we weren’t as knowledgeable as we thought we were. We reached out to Daniel, and since then, we never regretted it. They play and hangout all the time after 17 days of being together. Thank you very much Daniel for your insights. I would highly recommend him to any new or old dog owners. There is also something new to learn!

I want to thank Dan for helping me be a better human for my Belgian Malinois (Cinnamon). She was never aggressive or violent however too friendly LOL when she met other people or dogs she didn't know boundaries and as I am mommy of five …

I have a very spoiled pitfall so when we got a new to the house, he was NOT happy. they would growl and fight a lot (nothing too serious) we just couldn't have them in the same area. Dan drove to our house and gave us world class dog training and I am happy to say that these 2 dogs love each other now and the house is finally in a great vibe. thank you Dan !!

Before the training provided by OCK-9 I would get tangled in knots while walking Luna (the black German Shepard in the photo below). Also, was a bit nervous when strangers knocked at the door and she was a bit aggressive. After the training, walking Luna is a pleasure. With her near my side I feel I have the leadership role with Luna. There were several other beneficial commands that she learned. We ended with the tools and training (of me)needed to continue the building of the relationship with Luna. Jeff Crockett

Dan is great to work with. I have a maltipoo puppy and Dan has gotten us on the right track with proper methods and makes it easy. We just had our 4th lesson and what a giant difference in a previously wild puppy. She is controllable now and I plan on continuing with Dan for all of the advanced training we can get. He is amazing. There is nothing better than a well behaved dog.

Dan did an awesome job helping us to retrain our dog. Our dog had lost some of his socialization skills and Dan was able to bring them back.

I want to start off by saying there are some weird reviews about Dan and I can personally say he is not what they state. He is so genuine, caring, and knowledgeable. He is a dog TRAINER not a therapist for the dog owner. Our 1.5 Year Old Bruno who's a Rescue "Stray" from San Bernardino is a better dog today because of Dan and all his training. He taught not only Bruno so much in just 3 1 hour sessions but taught us so much about him and even provided us with step by step documents to continue his training. Bruno is not aggressive, loves humans, but has 0 socialization meaning he LOVES dogs but has NO idea how to play yet. He whines and cries and lunges out of pure excitement and I felt so ashamed. Thanks to Dan we are that much closer to a happy friendly Bruno who is confident with other dogs. Bruno learned down in 10 minutes. You can't make this stuff up. Thank you Dan so much! If anyone has doubts cause of other BS reviews. PLEASE READ MINE! And just meet him in person, let him show you with time how much of a difference he makes in your life, and your dogs life. We are continuing training with him! Dan is doing socialization with us since we have busy work schedules! He comes and gets the dog and I'm telling you at a fraction of a price others do. Don't miss out in an amazing trainer cause 1 or 2 sour people. Just like anything in the world, there will always be complainers and we can't please everyone. Thanks again Dan so much! Your patience and love for what you do is infectious! Not only is my dog happy and grinning, I'm smiling after the sessions! THANK YOU DAN!!!

I would recommend Daniel Ross for dog training. He has patience with the dog and the dogs owner. His teaching method is to do the training, then let the dogs owner do the training, and Daniel reviews what the owner did or did not do. He is very low key in his training. My dog loved him and was very enthusiastic about the training. Daniel shows great affection to the dog and kindness to the owner. the nice thing is that after training is over, you can still contact him with questions and reviews.

My family and I loved working with Daniel! He had great ideas to help our German Shepard, Ella, feel comfortable around others. Daniel even brought his dog over & that really made Ella open up and become a happier dog. We will definitely continue to work with him!

Very professional and always on time for in-house training appointments. Very well organized and provided me with a wealth of knowledge both in person and through emails in order to better train my pup
