I don’t normally leave reviews, however based on my experience I feel like others should know. I only saw one similar review and the rest were great so I was expecting better. I made an apt for today and they asked for a card to put on hold and received an email confirmation. 15 minutes after the apt they are still not here so I give a call.. no answer so I left a voicemail. An hour goes by I call again still no answer so I left another voicemail. Another hour goes by never showed. I never received a phone call that there were running later or anything

This was my first experience with mobile grooming, and it was great! Natalia was super friendly and communicative. I could tell that my dog was comfortable and in good hands. Thank you!

First they didn't show up on appointment time. Then after I called about 15 minutes after the appointment, they said they would be late about 30 minutes. Then a man with tattoo all over showed up, it's not the girl who we scheduled for. 10 minutes later after the man started, he called me saying he couldn't do the job because he's afraid of shaving too close to the skin, he suggested us to go to the vet to shave. I did the cutting myself instead of shaving and it turned out perfectly fine! However I realized that this man shaved half of my dog's body almost bold! The most crazy thing is a couple of hours later, animal services officer came to my door saying they got a report, this crazy spa dog business called police! You pay for some a dog groomer for professional service and turned into a nightmare!

This was my first experience with mobile grooming. I'm totally sol on Happ Spa Dogs On time, good communication, friendly staff. My guy was nervous at first but groomer, Lauraine, was calming. gentle yet in control in easing my guy to the mobile unit. Really quality service. My guy looks fabulous! PS he says he's hsppy!!!

A mixup in the payment and they honored my mistake, my dog feels so soft and so clean and I was very happy with their service I will definitely be using them again. Great customer service very caring.

I have 3 pugs and a chihuahua. It's get a bit pricey for 4 but the quality is excellent.

I live out of state and have my dad’s best friend Charlie groomed periodically. They make it simple to schedule via text and pay. They always do a great job and Charlie loves it!

This service was efficient. I asked for a quote online, they called me shortly after and an appointment was made. Courtney showed up on time and she was very friendly. 30 minutes later he was all fresh and clean. Thanks Happy Spa Dogs! Will definitely call again.

Very expensive $125 for. 30lbs dog. Was getting texts for 2 days about my dog being done even though it was somebody else’s dog, not sure what happened with their computer system . The cut was very nicely done ????but the service all together????

They always show up, sometimes early but we are notified first. All Good. It is hit or miss with quality of cut in the end. Who you get. I would like to get my requested groomers. Never same one twice. Only complaint. They are fast, in my driveway and dogs come in Happy, Clean & Comfy. That's what matters.
