Leaving the nail salon next door and saw from outside of the window one of the “ladies” be extremely rough drying one of the dogs. A small white poodle mix. Didn’t seem like the dog was enjoying it but she could’ve been a lot gentler. Way too damn rough and a lack of patience. Of course I don’t think she knew I was watching her. After seeing this will not be taking my pets here.

My pup Phoebe is a handful, but she always looks amazing when ahe leaves the groomer.

Our Newfie had matted hair and hadn’t been groomed in too long. They did such a fantastic job getting him cleaned up and getting through lots of tangles and matted fur. Thank you!

Came in with my two dogs and I told her I understand that both my dogs are matted but we do not want them to be shaved down to the skin. She immediately said it's going to have to be that way. I put my dad on the phone to speak with the lady and she went off and said sir there isn't anything we can do. Basically she didn't want to bathe them and brush them out and try to get out some matting to save some hair. My one dog was attacked by a coyote not too long ago and she didn't care one bit. I told her to take our younger dog in first and she didn't even listen just left the dogs out front and ignored everything I was saying. My dogs both were shaking so badly and didn't even want to come in through the door which isn't normal for them at ALL. They could sense that this place was unprofessional and they wouldn't be in the best hands. I would never recommend them now after this happening. It was so bad that one lady overheard us talking and she came to my car and said I am sorry to bother you but hey I know another grooming place that does take out the mats I'm sorry she couldn't be bothered to at least try. These ladies here grooming are so lazy!

I take my 11 year old to Molly and she always does a great job. My dog loves her and she is a very nice young lady .

Wonderful staff, clean location. I have an adopted Pom and she is very sensitive, this is the only place I have been to that makes her feel welcome. I always recommend this location to strangers, friends, and family.
