Very friendly and knowledgeable about their products . I totally appreciate how much they value their customers and go above and beyond to help . I was looking for a specific teething stick and Hala’s was the closets pet store that carries this items . You cannot find Earrh animal chicken sticks at the chain pet stores … this stick was introduced to us to save our ankles , hands, feet and shoes from being chewed up by our little sweet and cute Maltshu who is now 9weeks old . Thank you For taking my name and number and holding the product for us . I also love love the bows and clothing you carry in your store . Super super cute and one of a kind . This store is ahhhmazing. Just ran up the Sunday before Memorial Day to grab some dog food. The young Lady was SUPER helpful steering me to Acana dry food. Just poured a fresh bowl and gone in minutes!!!! She was super smart and so kind/helpful. Please shop local and support this business.

Hala was there doing the work and making sure every thing was clean and properly stocked. I didn't have to wait for anything I told her I had a dog and she showed me plenty of great products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. it was quick and easy and pets are welcome.
