Our cat has been getting groomed with these amazing people for a few months. They caught that our cat had a rash and informed us and we were able to treat it before it got way out of hand. Very thankful for these guys and how professional they are! My cat is a happier kitty after seeing these guys! Seriously so blessed!!!!!! Thank you!

I'm giving one star because the groomer was so nice. However, I don't recognize my 15 year old dog. I told the groomer to barely take any hair off, but when he brought the dog to the door, it was shaved.The groomer told me he'd used the smallest comb he had. He cut off the dog's beard and nicked a wart that caused bleeding. So disappointing.

Love love love Rocky! She has groomed my Bernedoodle 3 times now and I can not use anyone else! She is patient with him, takes her time and keeps me updated on how he is doing! I know he is in good hands with her! I just love the convenience of them coming to the house and grooming right there so I don’t have to drive somewhere leave him and then go pick up. Pricing is reasonable as well! Thanks Rocky for everything!

This is a wow experience. The service was on time, professional, friendly, and our dog laid down at Denisha’s feet after she brought him out of the van and visited with us for a moment before she went to her next appointment. Is there any better endorsement? Denisha did exactly what we asked, she did it very quickly, and his cut is beautiful. It was a treat to have our dog right here. So convenient. Absolutely worth the price of admission. I truly mean this five star review.

Super easy and convenient! My cats clean and all her matted fur has been shaved down for the rest of summer! Yay. She'll be much more comfortable now.

I'll be the first to admit that one of my dogs happens to be a problem child of sorts and finding a groomer that can keep her calm and take good care of her has been hard in the past. The groomers that have come the multiple times I have used their service have not only been efficient and amazing but also very kind and loving towards my fur babies. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an appointment schedule this week confirmed. I planned my Saturday around the timing and work. They just changed the time and I can’t be there. I will never use them or refer them for their unprofessionalism.

We use them number of times for many of our dogs and even just used a person for our cat who no longer cleans himself, they shaved him and he was not traumatized and much happier!

2nd experience was disappointing. Will only ask for Kelly in the future. Kelly did a great job

They have been grooming my dear Lola for years. Lola is 16 now and they are so gentle with her. I highly recommend them.

Came to my house to groom my two huskies, first they changed my appointment time without notifying me I found out through my confirmation text. Second the groomer did not spend more than 30 minutes with each dog. My first dog came back all patchy so he wasn’t even properly brushed, how you bathe brush and deshed a husky in under 30 min is beyond me. My other dog was cut and I’m not sure how since they don’t get their fur trimmed. Overall a bad experience, and disappointed because of the money spent on a bad job.

The groomer, Michael, showed up on time and was very friendly! It was obvious that he loves dogs and enjoys his job. We have two big(115lb) yellow labs and they were groomed perfectly ❤️ They were happy when they came out of the van and that means a lot to me! One of our boys is older with hip problems and Michael was very gentle with him. I would recommend them to anyone!

Over hyped, over promised, over priced. My poor dogs look like they were groomed with a dull rock.. Never again..!

They put fleas on my dog so I can pay extra money to get rid of the fleas. My first time and last time.

Did exactly what I needed. Cam to my home..was nice ,clean and friendly,my cat liked him!

I had 4 dogs at the time, so I would call them to come to my house and sometimes there would be two vans out front. I had used their service about 3 times and was very pleased, until one day I asked for my Pomeranian to get his usual trim and this lady shaved him bald!! He was completely pink! And if you know Pomeranians can get a skin disease if their hair is shaved. I immediately called the business and made a complaint saying this has never happened and he responded saying she said he was matted and she had to. I didn’t get a refund or a knock on my door to even let me know she was about to shave my dog!! Why are u outside my house if u can’t come tell me somethings wrong?? I hadn’t taken my dogs to the groomer since, because I’ve been so scared it would happen again, but I started going to petco and my Pom, the mobile groomer said was SO matted, looked worse than when I handed him to the mobile groomer and came back completely brushed out, deshedding, clean, no shaving, and a nice TRIM. THANK YOU PETCO! I’ve come to the conclusion this mobile groomer lady was LAZY and did not want to take the time to brush him out. Very disappointed still, because it was really unprofessional on the mobile groomers part and on the owner’s part. They especially should know their breeds by now and the risks of shaving certain ones. Also you’re a mobile groomer outside my house, come knock!!!

I have both my cat and dogs groomed from multiple Aussie Pet groomers. Lets just say, every one is amazing! My animals are never stressed, they come back calm and smelling amazing. Reliable, on time and quality service. Thank you Aussie for grooming all 5 of my animals ❤ and giving me the convenience of coming to my door step.

The worst hair cut my poodle has ever had. Her body cut is OK but the leg puffs are uneven and too long. The head was cut like she has a flat top, I asked for shorter but it should have been round like her head. I asked the groomer to redo her face because it was not short enough, her other groomer uses an electric groomer this guy cut it by hand so it is very uneven. This may have been this guys first day with little or no training. Also the most expensive cut at $95.00 plus tip. I know times are bad but don't use these people.

I'm extremely happy with the full service my dog Token got. He was matted and he is not the easiest dog to groom. My dog came out feeling energized and became a diva. I've had some bad experience with a dog groomer shop that they took over four hours and found out that they were using benedryl so I started grooming my dog myself because of lack of trust, well with all the uneven haircuts, I got desperate and decided to try to find a professional and I did and I will be using this Aussie Mobile company again. Happy dog and customer.

My labradoodle is 7 years old and gets groomed every 6 weeks. This was the worst cut he has ever had. The groomer clearly had minimal experience.

All I can say is WOW. I have been pleased with this mobile service. Best pet groomer company. High quality work from all the groomers and excellent on time. Highly recommend this company if you want your pets to look more beautiful than they are already.

They always do great job with my dog, (he is difficult) this last grooming was fantastic, he is shedding less and his nails were done perfectly. Highly recommended.

Carly always does an amazing job with my labradoodle and pitbull. His hair gets really matted and Aussie is always great. My dogs actually LIKE the groomers! Can't say enough good things about these professionals!
