Cat food is so expensive

I shop here because it is close to my home. Quite a few pet food options usually, but supply chain issues seem to be leaving a few shelves empty.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly!

Best smelling Petco I've entered so far. A little smaller than most, but it was a nice, friendly experience.

Had fun shopping for my girl!

I was greeted pretty quick here, lady at the counter was nice. I'm not much of a visitor of pet stores (I was just buying a gift certificate actually.), so nothing to compare it to. However, for such a big brand, named a ballpark after them, I kind of expected something bigger, I'm not sure and again, not an avid pet store visitor. It did seem to offer grooming and several areas for different animals. I saw they have a fill your own bag of kitty liter, which I never seen before, which I thought was interesting.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The item I needed was not in stock, so the associate showed me exactly what I needed, so I could look elsewhere.

No designated curbside pickup spot at this location so I was told to park in front of the door when I arrived which directed the frustration of a lot of annoying & irritated drivers trying to enter/exit the parking lot.

This Petco is alright, the staff here just isn’t as friendly as we’re used to at all other Petcos

Stocked shelves and refrigerators, friendly and caring staff, good sales.

Been shopping at PETCO for 15 years, they always have done the right by the 4 legged customers in my life. I have used both the store and grooming services.

Its hard to find value at petco. Ring 'um dry until they stop coming right? Example charging $25 for 4kg of aquarium dirt when its that price for 8kg everywhere else. Website, in store doesn't really matter. Like I said hard to find value. And they stopped price matching? Cool. The solution is pretty obvious from a customers standpoint. Emplees are always nice, problem with that is its all people who care and no expertise. Petco should definitely pay enough employ an Aquarist but they won't, so there's snails and algee in all of their tanks. You'd be a fool to buy anything out of them ESPECIALLY at the prices they want to charge lol. Good chance they are losing more money in product than they would have to pay the aforementioned aquarist, but that's not how corporations do cost benefit analysis so their tanks remain progenitors of bad for years and years at every location.

I'm always happy at Petco despite your shortage of some varieties of cat foods. The pandemic could explain much of this. The salesperson who helped me was extremely pleasant. I'm still working out some kinks from learning how to order things online. That's something I'll eventually figure out myself.

The old lady is rushing and rude

I really like the store. Being greeted when we first walk in is always lovely. Love the selection of toys and can't wait for the Christmas toys to come. Overall, I really like this Petco!

Great customer service and take the time to help you find whatever you are looking for. I like the fact that they have workers on the floor that are around if you need help, they don't hide when the see someone that looks like they need assistance. Good Job !!

I was in the store the other day and under the supervision of Lilly, I can see such a positive change in the store cleanliness and atmosphere. I was able to talk with Kara, Mary and Sami. They all seemed happy and upbeat. It's clear that Lilly is a powerful leader and you can see it in her team's joy and kindness. Congratulations to everyone

Never have the food I need

I ordered something online and it was super easy. Picked it up at the store and it was very fast and easy :)

Not bad. Fish sales are still suspended as of June 2021.

It’s such a disappointment when you visit a shop and there aren’t any employees to greet you in or help with questions one might have.
