The folks at Birdrock have been wonderfully friendly, helpful,, and professional with our young Shepsky dog; including her recent hysterectomy. I would certainly recommend them for quality care of your beloved pet.

Awesome staff, convenient parking, close to my home at least. I've really enjoyed coming here the past couple of times due to the fact of how quickly they could get me in. A couple of the other vets that I've dealt with in the past have very long wait times sometimes 2 weeks out. No guarantees, but every time I've come to Bird Rock they've been able to fit my precious Kitty in in less than a week. Top marks to their staff!

I had a very good experience. My cat needed treatment and they were able to get her in quickly. They were so attentive and informative. I learned so much for the brief time that I was there. My kitty is 3 and she's always had trouble keeping food down. I mentioned it to the vet, even though I was there for something different. She explained what was most likely causing the tummy issues, and then recommended different food for her. My cat hasn't thrown up in weeks and is so much happier. I highly recommend.

I had an issue with my cat in November2020. I called 11 vets and Bird Rock was the only place that took my cat in and helped me tremendously. They are concerned and accommodating and very skillful. Yesterday I had another issue with both my cat and my dog. They took them in and both are doing 100 better. This is the way Vet Hospitals should always be. I have highly recommended them to my friends and am so grateful to have found them.

Dr. Marsden is great. Plus reasonable in price. Moved to their office as I was looking for an alternative holistic vet for my cats.

I have been going to this Vetenary for my pets for 20 years recently there was a change in ownership as the old vet retired. At first all was fine not long after one of my dogs developed a heart condition things went south. I'm sure they were competent in caring for my dogs the problem came in communication. This is a small hospital about 500 square feet with a staff of 4, owners included that got me so confused each giving different instruction none knowing what the other was saying in the mean time a prescription was not being filled due to it being back ordered even when I found it online which was priced at less then half the cost that this vet wanted to sell it to me for. they were unable to perform they would call in a prescription then cancel the prescription, it was the strangest thing if ever seen creating a ton of personal anxiety for fear I might run out and my dog would die. Even though one of the owners told me that they had one 50 pill container left.That apparently changed according to the vet she says there are plenty of this type of meds out there which is not true I had been searching. Their solution was to cut ties with me and blame for their lack of communication on me. I am amazed that in these times people behave in this manner. Meanwhile I have a dog that is running out of his pills of which I would have had plenty of back up if they had been competent. There are in the words of this vet plenty of others out there.

Under new ownership. Remodeled in the inside. Looks very calming and clean. Receptionist was super helpful too. I also appreciated the attention I received from the staff and its fairly priced for the quality care we received. Will definitely make this place our regular vet.

My first experience here (with the new owners) was under sad circumstances. Instead of my usual vets, I called Bird Rock Animal Hospital to ask if they could euthanize my beloved service dog that day. Due to the number of animals I rescue, I am a frequent client at a few vet clinics and I love all of my vets and their staff. This day, I was hoping to take my special boy to a vet I wouldn't have to visit again. I needed to spare myself the sadness I'd feel if I had to revisit the location. I made a good choice, except for the fact that they were so nice, I'm going to have to go back.

They just opened...they are very nice..parking right out front..my dog lines and highly recommend it..he gives it 4 woofs

Great experience taking my dogs here. Honest prices, never was sold on services or medicine that wasn’t needed. Always on time and never had to wait long.
