Extremely small and very limited supply to choose from. Staff very unfriendly. Very disappointed.

No reptile section or variety. Mainly for fish, cats, and dogs. They had one section of reptile food and it was empty or had month old worms that were all dead. The employees weren’t bad just wish it was kept up to date more. Ordered crickets and was told to wait 30 min. At other petcos they scoop them up in 5 minutes.

Had a wonderful experience at the store all the employees were friendly and the Isles were clean

You carry the Hills dog food that we like for our two labs! i would like it if you would carry the lamb too, however.

Fast in store pickup speed.

Very helpful. Needed a pet warmer that was on sale online but regular price in store, they kindly gave me the sale price. Thank you!

Most of the employees are great. But don’t do training. The trainer there only does about 30 minutes if even of the hour paid for. It is not the cheapest training and doesn’t even stick to the curriculum set by the company.

Abusive to dogs, don’t recommend it

Great grooming service! Highly recommend them. All of the groomers are top-notch. Communication about appointments and when your pet is ready to get picked up... could improve a bit. I suggest calling just prior to your appointment to verify they are good to go and also call after 2 hrs. or around time quoted to see if your pet child is ready. I will definitely be back! ????

I had called and asked if the store had any new cat grass, and was told that there were two new ones in stock. I asked if they could be set aside for me and said I would be there in a couple of hours. The staff member did set two on the front counter for me, and I retrieved them in a timely manner. I would not have gone to the store if I hadn't known that there was fresh grass available.

Place is small and didnt have a good variety of stuff. Employees looked mad and not happy to be there. It's like the size of a liquor store not much stuff. I used to love Petco but this one was bad.

Petco is the Best! I love the groomers and my Mocha does too!

Competitive pricing and good service!

This is a small Petco with limited space. Workers are super friendly but I always find myself a bit frustrated by high prices and less to choose from due to less space. There is a grooming area (both stylists and bathing do-it-yourself). There are kitties to adopt (wish I could take them all!). Parking is tight. I prefer to go to PetSmart in Whittier instead.

Don't carry the dog food we need any more. But found another healthy one

we drove over to PetCo to pick up Royal Canin Dry Cat Food - the shelves were EMPTY so since we were there, i was going to get treats but that too was slim pickins. Covid has hit PetCo hard.

Big Thank you to the wonderful groomers here! Bathing Deacon is like washing a mid-size sedan and it's not his favorite thing to do. He usually pouts after a bath and this time he didn't so they must have been great with him. The store itself has a very nice staff that were eager to help with questions about their products. We would highly recommend the groomers and this store, as out experience was a very positive one.

This is one of the smallest Petco's I've been to, so the selection isn't great...but the do have all the basic necessities. I was assisted by Frank in the aquatics department and he was very helpful and personable. He's the reason for the 4 star rating, rather than a middle of the road 3 star.

Not a big selection on the Hill's science dog food. Other than that it's nice to have it near by.
