The experience that I had was not to standards, or what any customer will expect, drop off my Dog to be groomed, it was just my dog there no other customers, the Chinese lady says I’ll call you in about 1:30 to 2 hrs, so I trust her and went to the store, then I got her call so I went to pick my Dog up and pay her, we got in the car and went home when I got home my Dog will not stop scratching everywhere, then I start looking to see what was happening, I notice that the inside of the ears weren’t clean and were bleeding from the curing machine, and a couple other cuts in the body on top that she didn’t give my dog a bath because also was dirty around the eyes, how can she think that a customer don’t know how a clean Dog looks like??? I’m sorry but I would NOT come back to this place. My advice just be careful if you request service from this place, don’t leave them by them selves stay there to see what they do to them just if anything and to make sure they really do the job that they supposed to and pay for. Good luck and pay attention.

I have been bringing my beloved dogs here for years. Jennifer and the ladies provide excellent customer service and truly love my pets. This groomer is clean and provides a comfortable environment for your pet.

FANTASTIC place. They are so caring and thoughtful. So there might be language barrier, so what. What matters is how they groom and take care of our pets. And these wonderful ladies do an amazing job. I mean, which groomer goes out of their way to send you pictures like this...

Brought my 6 months old poodle here today, and he came out so fluffy and cute! Clean place, professional staffs, great service. I'm very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this place!

We started going to Certified Groomer's House 3 years ago. We had our baby ???? Tonne very spoiled and always wanted the best for him The ladies here were always great with Tonee ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????‍????‍????‍???????????????? Our baby ???? was always happy and safe when we would bring him here. Our baby past away on July 6 , 20. Now that we have our new 8 week baby Tobee ???? we will start bringing him here to Certified Groomer's House. We truly recommend this place to everyone that wants the best of love care, safety, and friendliness for their baby. The price$ are wonderful as well.

The owner was so nice she accommodated my schedule my doggie instantly loved her and that was most important. Great price and A job well done

Absolutely love this groomer! She is dedicated and truly loves all the dogs she takes care of. I always receive the cutest pics from photo shoots she does after each grooming session. My rescue pups are timid and scared but she makes them feel so comfortable.

One star is TOO MANY! Set an appt for my declawed/indoor cat to be shaved, I was so happy to find someone locally that works with cats. Got there, and asked to sit and wait while she groomed him (I've left him with other groomers before and came back to a very traumatized fur baby...vowed to be a better guardian...), the lady (Asani/Sunny) made several excuses why I couldn't wait...then she turned her back on me and didn't speak to me again. The receptionist just kept shaking her head and pushed my cats crate back to me, asking me to leave. I thought she was kidding at first, and asked her several times to reconsider...something VERY FISHY about this establishment!!!!! Very disrespectful to me, and to my already distressed, from the car ride, cat. If you can't wait and watch, DON"T leave your pet! EVER!

I really like the people working here, but they didn't do a great job with my dogs cut. it was very uneven, they didn't properly 'fade', and there was a slight knick on her hind leg.

Groomers are very good! They are under new management, both ladies that work there are very nice. My little Bella (maltese) always looks adorable after she is groomed. Prices are great!!!

I love this place, Joe and his wife are wonderful people. Although, there is this Caucasian woman that sometimes works there when Joe and his wife are not working there and is absolutely rude and not nice to the dogs. My dog has never left that place trembling in fear. I know that it is this woman because every time I come to pick up my dog (while joe is working on my dog) she is happy and looks great, But when it's with this b****, she is scared. Do not leave your dog with this woman.

I took my dog to get groomed and I wasn't happy with my results. My Englishbulldog was at the groomers for 3 1/2 hours and yet her ears were still dirty and some of her nails were still sharp. The lady said my dog was difficult and decided to charged me extra for the crappy job she did. The women actually told me, my dog was put in the dryer as punishment because she wasn't cooperating. I've never picked up my dog from a groomers shaking and eager to leave. I won't be returning to this location again!
