We're beyond happy to have switched to Rosemont Veterinary Hospital from our old vet. Dr. O'Dwyer and her staff are caring, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Incredibly, their appointments always run on time! Dr. O'Dwyer takes extra time with her patients. We always feel like she really cares. We've even entrusted her to help guid our senior kitty over the rainbow bridge. It couldn't have been a gentler and ,ore caring environment to do that. Shout out to the kind and highly skillful technician Jeremy, as well as Victor at the front desk.

Called because my dog was limping. They couldn't see me so the woman started giving me info for a local animal hospital. When I asked clarifying questions she told me to google it. We switched away from this vet a long time ago because my dog collapsed after a vaccine from this place and only called since our current vet is recovering from surgery. This call interaction reminded me again why we switched.

When my old Veterinarian retired, I was divested. I didn’t know who would be able to give our cats the same level of love and compassionate care, until I came to Rosemont Veterinary Hospital! The Front End Staff and Veterinary Techs are all so wonderful! They do their bests to go above and beyond! My Veterinarian is amazing and super helpful! As you can tell, I am extremely happy with this Hospital!

Really nice people. Love Dr Dwyer. Pay the price to go here, but they’ve been really great, so it’s been worth it to us.

Was 10 mins late cuz my dog was throwing up , so made us wait for 15 minutes outside and no1 else was there, finally once the next appointment showed up, and btw they came outside right away for him, they decide to tell me I have to reschedule, well u could have seen my dog the whole time u made me wait outside would have took only 5 min, dont feel comfortable leaving my dog there anyways after seeing how they interacted with him , very unprofessional , ** NOT PITBULL FRIENDLY PLACE!

Our Chihuahua went in for shots here and they were all so nice and helpful. Also, the wait time was really good. We've tried a number of vets and haven't had great experiences with any of them until now. This is our new vet! What a relief!

I used to bring my cat here for regular checkups and occasional treatments before I moved to the Bay area. I always felt my furry dude was in good hands during each visit.

A very nice Facility & Staff. We’ve been bringing our dog here since he was a pup. Easy to access, reasonable prices, BOARDING. Nice advice on the phone for those moments when u need expert guidance.

It has taken me a moment to articulate how much I truly appreciate Dr. O’Dwyer and all the staff at Rosemont. First, let me say six weeks ago my senior dog was not walking. I came home and found him petrified and unable to use his hind legs. After multiple visits to my usual vet with no hope beyond spending upwards of $2500 for a MRI just to tell me what was wrong, a friend suggested I get a second opinion and recommended Rosemont. I was able to get an appointment that week. I will admit that Dr. O’Dwyer said most of what the first vet said, however, she did something he did not do. She held my dog and said he was in pain and she upped his pain meds. She next recommended an alternate treatment that consisted of medication, acupuncture and rest. She made clear that it may not work for him. The first acupuncture treatment he almost came off the table. He’s gone back for three visits and I am reliably told by my mom that he loves the treatment. Today my dog is walking, albeit with some quirky movements as he gets comfortable using his hind legs again. Will he continue to improve? I don’t know. Will this be as good as he gets? Maybe. I am just thankful to the friend who recommended Rosemont and to Rosemont for giving a little hope along with my dog’s diagnosis.

Worst place to take your animals. Overpriced. The staff complains to customers about how emotionally abusive they are to their employees. Horrible place to take your pet and to work at apparently. Avoid the drama and stay away from this place

Love the staff and the Dr. Have been going here for 20 years/8 dogs and always have a good experience. Caring, knowledgeable and priced as one expects. I would highly recomend Rosemont Veterinary Hospital.

Dr. O'Dwyer and the entire staff are amazing and my entire family (four households) agrees. We have a total of seven wonderful little dogs and trust Rosemont completely. Over the years we have lost beloved senior pets and Dr. O'Dwyer has always been there for us during those difficult times. We feel so blessed to know that she is going to give our pets the best care possible and ensure that they have long, happy lives.

My mom and I have been coming here for years with our husky and cat. These guys are amazing! Staff is always super friendly and clearly in love with animals. Bandit (the husky) is 14 years old so I'd have to say their care is pretty great. We also have used their boarding service for her many, many times when going on trips and have been extremely happy with it. Highly recommend!

I love the doctors but the service is gone down the tubes. Been going there since the 90s currently have four dogs that are patients. But if you present at a place that calls themselves a hospital and they refer you to somewhere else 4 to 5 hour wait is very sad. If your doctor is supposed to be open and you show up they should take care of you during business hours not send you somewhere else. And when you complain about it with the receptionist after being on hold for half an hour when you finally get ahold of them and complain they should not hang up on you. I'm so disappointed and very upset. The the manager called me to try to make good and apparently my pet that is a patient that I pay thousands of dollars for out of my pocket not to mention my multiple pets for multiple thousands of dollars. they did try to fix it and made an appointment to see my dog Kona by the way one of four pets that are patients. And I love the care he provided Kona after the fact. My grip is if you call yourself a hospital in your open you better have a doctor don't refer your patient somewhere else without any information being provided to the doctor you referred to about your dog they knew nothing about him. If you go from your pet hospital or doctor or vet to another vet at the referral of your doctor they should know everything about your dog or pet and they should know it if they're still open and they don't have their doctor there right now which was the case.

This facility is fantastic. I have been coming here for years and with many different pets. Always the same great service, care and kindness and treatment of my pets. I have read some of the negative reviews and have not had anything like them. I understand that our pets are our family and the emotions can run high at stressful times. I feel fortunate that they are here for me and my pets.

Dr. O'Dwyer and her staff are the A-Team. They are compassion and knowledgeable about all things with all their patients. I would drive many miles to bring my pets to them. Fortunately I'm close, but by far, they are the best!

Good place to go if you want your dog to get sick, though Jeremy is an outstanding Vet Tech.

Dr. O'Dwyer is the best veterinarian I've ever had. She genuinely bonds with her patients and sets the standard for the entire staff. I know I can trust what they say is accurate and the best advice for my fur babies.

Wouldn’t change vets for the world! We have taken three dogs there for years. They saved my new dog’s life when she developed autoimmune anemia, and helped keep another healthy and happy for 17 years.

LOVE. I took Heidi, our 9 week old Aussie Lab mix, in for her first appointment yesterday. It was so easy to make an appointment, and the reception team responds to emails almost immediately. Dr. and were so sweet and made the whole experience really fun and stress-free for Heidi. There were lots of treats, head scratches, and even a cheer-whiz snack while she was given a shot - she didn't even notice the needle. Dr. gave me tons of good info and made me feel really comfortable to ask questions, as well as giving me a lot of confidence in how I was already doing as a first-time puppy owner.

I have had dogs all of my life and Rosemont is the best veterinary hospital I have been to by far! They are very caring and compassionate and professional. I currently have a dog with severe stranger anxiety and they have always been sympathetic to this. I feel my dog is very well taken care of.
