Awesome staff! They did a great job with my two dogs and are very consistent. Good communication. Wish I had found them sooner.

Sometimes shopping local means spending a little more, but that's not the case here. Often you can find options cheaper than their Internet counterparts, but their selection is more limited. But the best reason to come is their grooming. You can really tell all the employees (reception, groomers, and all) love animals, but I was blown away by their knowledge. My dog type is rare in the States but the stylist still was familiar with their traditional grooming style. And of course, my fur baby loves it here too and always leaves happy.

Took my puppy Akita here twice to be groomed and both times it was excellent. I felt they REALLY liked my dog and really took care of him. A few times later there were new people in the grooming section and they were terrible, they did not do anything right, they were done in 20 minutes? I have not gone back there.

Button Nose Pet Shop not only has the cutest accessories for your furry friend, but they're also amazing at grooming! I brought in my 2 Yorkies & Christina did an exemplary job! I couldn't thank her enough! She just recently started offering grooming services at her shop, but the work is outstanding. Button Nose uses top quality grooming supplies such as shampoo & conditioner filled with essential oils that will leave your dog smelling amazing for days! Her prices are very affordable & fair compared to other grooming places that charge a leg & an arm! Awesome independent pet store that carries good quality products. Christina the owner is awesome and gives great advice on what products my puppy needs, but doesn't push me too buy them. Will be coming back to try out their grooming service! Recommended!

This place was recommended by a friend for a deshedding for my golden retriever. I called ahead and asked for pricing and the customer service rep on the other end of the line quoted me $70. No problem, asked if I could drop off my golden retriever that afternoon and I did. Fast forward to pick up, the kid who picked up the phone and a lady who I presume was the owner of the shop are standing at the front. I ask for my dog and she brings her out and proceeds to ask me if I’d like to know what the price is. I let her know that I called ahead and was told $70. She glares at the kid also standing at the counter who lets her know that he quoted me the price for a large dog which seems fair, she’s about sixty pounds. I pay and as I’m walking out the door I hear her scold him and say “you should have told her $75.” She had a menu of pricing which is where he pulled the price from. Had she politely let me know that the correct price was actually five dollars more, I would have had no problem. But because she was rude about it to both myself and the employee who was simply reading off a menu of prices, I wouldn’t go back, which is quite a shame as I was happy with how my dog’s fur turned out. Won’t be going back.

Wonderful wash brush and best of all cut????superior care, excellent attention e.g. cooling off dog coats soon..best food and all kinds of useful doggie items and two beautiful warm very handsome hand made coats for the super cold windy days and beautiful body harnesses; two for my english bull dogs and really terrific easy on & off great fitting body harness for my giant snow dog, Alaskan Malamute . Button Nose is very supportive of our hard working dog and cat rescue; we are valued and most encouraged.

I feel that the staff at ButtonNose really care about my dog, Winston. I used some other local groomers, over the years, and sensed that each visit created more stress for my dog. But my dog still loves coming to Button Nose and getting his bandana after his bath/grooming! I love that they DON'T use "cage" type kennels, and that they let the dogs interact with each other before and after the grooming process. Finally, I should also mention that I trust Christine's (the owner) thorough research on the safest and best foods for my dog, which is why I buy all of Winstons food there, too. Highly recommended!

Very cute place. My dog loved the shop. The employees were super nice and took great care of my puppy. I would recommend this place for grooming and food purchases over petco or any major pet shops. If you want to give your dog a new cut, this is the place to go. Also very affordable
