Ehhh, I agree with the latest review. I mean I get that EVERYTHING is increasing (cost of living, gas, food, etc), but the meal topper prices and chicken fries prices increased significantly, which is what I would come here often for. I used to worship this place and would buy dog products and toys but then prices went up. Not too sure if it's worth it for me anymore. Maybe they should try spending less on events to keep the prices decent. But I don't see this location doing well in expanding if their prices match Beverly Hills dog stores.

They raised up the prices dramatically. The chicken fries, which is every dog’s favorite is now $12 instead of $7. That’s almost double the price! $12 for 3-4 of chicken fries, sorry but that’s a complete rip off. Advice to everyone: It’s super easy to make yourselves!!!

I went to the Irvine Spectrum location yesterday and I absolutely LOVED their customer service! 10/10 on whoever hired the person who was attentive and sweet with my doggo! Her name was Maitai? Sorry if I misspelled it, but she was great! It was our first time at a Woofpak and she explained everything in details and was happy to answer my questions. I also have never visited a pet store where they have free samples for your dog to try out! I really liked that because my dog is really picky with food so it’d be a waste to buy an entire pack of treats and find out that he doesn’t like the treat. So thank you for doing that for our dogs! :) My dog seriously can’t get enough of Shepherd’s Pie and it’s hilarious because when I say “Shepherd’s Pie?” He immediately gets up lol. Extremely happy that my dog loves your food as a meal topper and the awesome customer service. Please open a store in San Diego!! ????????

Love WoofPak Pet Kitchen! Attended an ice cream puppy social and got some nice pup friendly ice cream and made some new friends. Great products and amazing staff ????

We love this place for our 1yo pug, Spud! He loves visiting as much as we do. Our last supplier of FOOD TOPPERS no longer carry what we like to add into our son’s feed, so we discovered that Woofpak had their own and decided to try them. We were recommended the HAWAIIAN BBQ to try first, their best seller. I love that they produce their products in house using great ingredients. The staff really know the amount of effort that goes into their curated edibles for pets and are very knowledgeable of knowing what’s best for them too! I was impressed. Spud loved this flavor and so once we ran out we came back for more! They have two size options for their toppers. We get the bigger one to last us longer. They come frozen and defrost well when placed in the fridge. I like to separate the container into 2 sandwich bags to keep one fresh in the freezer. The next flavor we got was POKE BOWL and I’m sure our boy will love it just as much. I also treat him to a large BRAIDED STICK (idk what they’re actually called, it’s much like a dried jerky. I’m bad at describing it so you must go and see lol). It’s located in a huge display alongside others of different flavors and styles that they too create in house. Also, we bought his first BIRTHDAY CAKE from them. It’s beautifully made by their expert baker and kept frozen in the back freezer. It was a simple white cake with cream cheese frosting all designed to be gut healthy for pets! We tried it and it wasn’t bad!

The people who helped us here were very nice!!! They did a very good job explaining everything and helping us find what we need. The store has a nice atmosphere to it, its feels safe. Our dogs are very picky, Lucky has turned down steak if its a day old, but they both seemed to really like the jerky!!! I don't think I've seen them eat anything actually made for dogs before today!

Sau is an absolute sweetheart, so helpful and kind. This place is amazing and I appreciate all the care they put into each one of their customers (pooches included)! Thank you Woofpak, you guys are great!!
