Gently gave my cats his shot and chipped his nails. Great place to get a little help for family pets. Nice and friendly nurses and doctors here.

Absolutely horrible! My dog was limping the day before his vaccination appointment. Asked the front desk lady if the doctor could check his limping foot. She was mad that we didn’t make a separate appointment. Vet told that everything was fine. Ended up finding a large splinter in his toe a week later while nail cutting. Do not recommend

Why do you force customers to do unneeded exams for each visit when all we want is ONE shot for a specific reason? Just give the pet their shot and bill just that. Don't guilt or force other treatments.

My experience today at thrive pet care in Irvine was not professional. I took my dog in for an early 10 am appointment was given one time that he would be finished and never recieved ANY updates from the staff regarding the longer than expected delay. I called several times and had to get updates, but even still there was a complete disregard for the need to communicate with me any updates regarding my dog's status. After 5 hours of waiting, I returned and the reception brought the dog out to me and passed him to me. I had to caught the doctor while going to see another patient to ask for any briefing on my dogs care and/or what services had been performed. Clear communication was not shown to me today and I had to question different people just to get updates. Definitely not a positive experience today.

Staff was nice, but the information provided was misleading. We brought our cat in for ear check (expected ear mites) and ear cleaning. Over the phone, we were told it would be included in the $49 checkup fee...our total ended up over $200 bc ear cleaning was around $80. We did ask for nail clipping, but that was around an additional $30 even though we had already clipped two of our cat’s paws. I don’t mind the extra charges, but am disappointed that the information about costs provided over the phone was misleading.

We bring our puppy Nola here and have been very happy with the care Nola has received. Appointments are easy to make, the facility is super clean and the staff is very friendly.

All the vets here are amazing. My penny has bad skin issues and we have seen several different vets and specialists. What they have done for penny has been amazing! I highly recommend. Front office/back office staff are all personable and knowledgeable. Thanks thrive!

Although we had to put our Tana down the same day we went to Thrive in Irvine for the first time this past Saturday they were amazing. I showed up announced and with no appointment. "Molica" at the front saw the condition of our cat and immediately put us in a room and took Tana to the back. The Vet working (I'm sorry I can't remember her name-it's still a Blur) told us we need to get Tana to the ER immediately for attention. They called for us and the ER was waiting for us when I pulled in. Carrying Tana in in the warming blanket they let us keep from Thrive. I will be bringing Tana's brother, Peanut in for treatment here along with any furry friends we add to our family when were ready. Thrive was amazing! Thank you, Krista Johnson

Great vet for my timid dog! The service and techs were very professional and helpful. Also affordable! Will definitely be going back.

Definitely not concerned with your time. I was a few minutes late to an appointment because I was on the phone with them for 10 minutes trying to see if they had received the 3 x-rays from another vet. When I got there I was told that I would need to reschedule. I am only trying to get an estimate. The person at the front said that I couldn't get an estimate because there are things that they need to do before they close???? Not helpful.
