Covid procedures include checking in on arrival then a staff member comes out to take your pet. Pet owners then wait outside or in their car as the veterinarian diagnosed your pet. Staff then call to update pet owners and present options including payment. Depending on what's decided, veterinarian provides treatment then staff being out pet to pet owners. I don't know what other animal hospitals are doing during this pandemic but CAH is doing their part with precautions.

I take both my cat and the dog to this vet. The staff are friendly to the animals (and me as well) and have also been great at giving us recommendations to services they don't offer on their own. Worth the drive up from the South Bay.

I have taken my fur babies here for years and they are consistently amazing, from major to minor issues with them they have always been amazing and gone the extra mile to make sure me and my fur baby are good and informed.

I've been taking my special beloveds to CAH for over a decade. I love the amazing, caring, knowledgeable humans there. They do as much holistically as possible, and conventionally, when needed. This is a small hospital with wonderful people. I've read reviews of people upset that they didn't get fast service or some other issue. Look, the world is still dealing with small staff and supply shortages due to the shutdowns, let's be real. Life is not the same. And yet this crew gets in there and does amazing work with love. Dr Palmquist and staff could not have been more kind or lovely when it was time to let our Ozzie pass. And they continue to be amazing with out sweet Lily and her many health challenges. Dr Palmquist, Dr Orme, Dr Johnson, and the staff are fabulous humans who take beautiful care of my cat. We love and appreciate them.

We have gone to Centinela Animal Hospital since our 14 year old dog was a puppy. He has always been given the best quality of care. He still has all of his teeth. People can’t believe his age when they see him. The doctors are so caring.

This is the worst Animal Hospital in Inglwood, unprofessional staff Doctors and attendants. My appointment for my dog was scheduled at 1030 i sat outside for 35minutes and decided to leave. The doctor that was in the outside waiting area was interviewing one client and clearly the owner needs behavior modifaction classes or go see a thearpist. I wasted 40 minutes sitting outside on Centinela Ave never saw the Vet but she decides to call my cell phone as im driving Off and belittles me. The attendants that check you Could not articulate the process for seeing the Vet. My family patronize this business for over 10 years with our Dogs. I will not be back they clearly focus their services on our new Inglwood residents, instead of their longterm clients.

Caring staff. My pets needs were addressed. Dr. Orme is the best.

Centinela Animal Hospital is the best! The staff is caring and compassionate. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Palmquist are phenomenal in their care and integrative approach to veterinary medicine. My fur baby, Cooper, is in good hands!

Centinela Animal Hospital was wonderful. They saved my dog's life. They followed up to check on her daily and really cared about the well being of my dog. The Vet gave me clear instructions and finally they figured out what was wrong. The staff the vet cared so much. I am very thankful and grateful my baby is doing well.

I cannot urge people enough if you love your pet do not bring it to this animal hospital they do not care about your pet dr. Palmquist and the staff is very unprofessional and rude I recommend taking your pet to a different Animal Hospital if you can
