Petco Indio, California

Did not have what I was looking for. Also did not have any employees to help me find what I was looking for.. I was never greeted by any employee. A couple of employees were to busy stocking product.. I left and bought what I needed at PetSmart.

I don't go to petco that often but I bought the cutest little jacket for my 4 pound chihuahua and the staff was awesome, Very, Very, helpful.

Take a long time to pick up the phone like if they don't care about the costumer

My favorite pet supply store. I found the cutest little winter jackets for my fur baby, at 1/2 the price of another store. Plus they usually always have her favorite small breed dry food in stock.

Don't understand why they'd closed their doors at 6pm on Saturday? My delivery ended up cancelled.

everything was excellent except for items frequently not in stock

Closed at 6 an hour before closing lazy thanks for making my dog starve

I use to live in Indio and have since moved to Palm Desert. Because of the excellent service that we receive from the grooming department (Andrew) especially I won't go to any other Petco or groomer. Andrew has been so caring with both my dogs who are really nervous when it comes to bath time. Unfortunately, one of my dogs just passed away and it was really hard to tell Andrew. He was so gentle when I brought my other dog in for grooming. He understood the situation and soothed my dogs anxiety. For that I am ever so thankful. I have always been treated so wonderfully by the employees at the Indio store. Great work!

Amazing stre and customer service

I went in for a fish the woman that “helped” started making faces before I even asked her for help. I’m not giving out her name because I’m not trying to be a d**k but a couple of employees there need to work on their customer service because she did not have a problem standing there talking to the other girl but she sure did have one selling me the fish. I might not even go back to that location. For the heavy set girl with the ear gauges you know who you are!

Today was not a good experience at pet Co. Twice I asked for help in the fish department and the employee just vanished I waited for 40 minutes. I ended up just leaving. I'm very disappointed in the service I received today.

Customer service was okay, it would of help me more if they literally show me where the items were.

Staff was not friendly at all and they had no knowledge about your products, on top of that their personal presentation was horrible they looked like homeless people, no personal hygiene at all

Store is clean, staff is nice.

They have a lot of stuff for all your pets.

Good customer service. Great variety of products and services.

They don't carry normal brand cat foods.

Friendly service. I needed treats for the puppy class. So we got the treats and went to our last puppy class which was excellent. Ricki Scholes is the best dog trainer.

5 stars because the store i go to has the things i need, quality fish, and the staff is helpful.

I would give Petco 4 of 5 stars. The store is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. My only thing is , I feel that the prices are a bit higher than are warranted.

Nice store but we went there for cat grass and all that they had was dead. We were so surprised that they had dead stuff for sale, making me worried about the freshness of the other items.

Got waited on right away, Clerk knew what I needed and found it immediately. He told me what I needed to do to make my tag, and was friendly and knowledgeable.

They do a great job with dog grooming and better pricing then local dog grooming places.

Well I might say I totally only take my pet here to get her nails clipped...For them NOT to have her updated shot records in there computer was a bit frustrating... considering I gave them a printed copy the last time I visited???? Once that calamity was figured out, everything went well. They did a great job as usual....

Enjoyed visiting Petco again after many years of going to PetSmart. I was a customer of Banfield for many years and it just was easier. No longer with Banfield. This store is very clean, easy to navigate and the employees were caring and kind. Look forward to shopping here much more.

Doug and all the staff where super friendly. I found. all that I n eeded for my cats and my dogs. Thank you petco Indio. You guys Rock

I went today at noon and the cashier was very nice. I will continue visiting you in Indio CA.????

This store is nice but most of the time when I go shopping there a lot of things missing on the shelf.
