Early on when they first started they were very attentive and reliable. The last few months they don’t show up for appointments or call me and hour or later after scheduled appointment to tell me they need to reschedule, so I found a different groomer.

Because of the good price I tried to contact them to give a good bath for my Shiba, but had a pretty bad experience. First of all they refused to answer a question I had trouble understanding and they talked in an unclear way. Second of all, when I came to a conclusion about when to meet they did not respond. I understand that they’re busy, but you can’t just not respond to customers lol. Couldn’t even schedule an appointment since they did not respond, I can’t say that they have bad services but if you need an ACTUAL appointment then I don’t suggest this place. Pretty unresponsive and just a waste of time if you ask me.

Haven't visited this business although I did inquire about their services last week but have yet to hear back yet. From their reviews online they seem to be quite friendly though.

I was really excited the first two appointments no complaints, prices are fair. After my 3rd time using their service they were always running over 1 hour late and never reached out to let me know and I was waiting for them to show up....I always had to call and confirm or find out if they were still coming .

This place is amazing! Literally the best groomer I’ve ever been to. Oscar is such a grounded, caring person. I will use them continuously now. My Yorkshire has never been happier! Thanks a million Pretty Paws!

Juan took great care of our puppy, Cookie. It was her first time being groomed, and we were all nervous. Cookie immediately ran up to him (dogs know good people) and we could tell that she would be in good hands. Juan listened to us and explained in detail what he would do. We are so happy with the results! Thank you for making our experience a pleasant one.

Well, I visited their website and inquired about services. I never heard back. I figured they were closed due to COVID until my neighbor confirmed she had her dog groomed. So much for that referral.

We’ve been working with PrettyPaws for a good while now but this last time was seriously horrible. We have a blind senior dog that was recently in an accident so he was very sore. We let the PrettyPaws team know before hand but still they treated him horribly. We heard our poor dog crying in pain and when we walked out we witnessed the groomer yanking him into position and slamming him against the back of their work station with no care at all. This is obviously the last time we will work with them but we just want to put our experience out there!

Highly recommend.. I have a Yorkie.. I am very picky and particular who does my babies ???? hair.. I'm always scared to try someone new.. but I recently moved to Huntington Beach and I had to try a different groomer.. I am so pleased with Juan and Oscar's work.. They are very professional and have alot of skills.. My Baby ???? always looks great...Thank You so much..

New from out of town and concerned about the welfare of our dogs. We came across Pretty Paws. We tried them today and I cannot say enough. Extremely friendly, great with our dogs who my rescue dogs and very fearful. The haircuts and the groom was beautiful. They also did our two cats beautifully. Would recommend them anytime anywhere. Thank you so much you guys.
