The HB PetCo on Warner/Springdale is a wonderful store. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, I especially love the groomers and the grooming services provided.

Came here for fish. I was going to purchase some but quickly realized their tanks are diseased. No thanks! Other than that the rest of the store seemed ok

We love this place! Shop there weekly. Super nice staff, you can tell they love animals. Great selection too!

The store is pretty clean nice stuff but what I really recommend is The grooming salon they have a really special lady groomer named Monica she's amazing very professional very sweet with my Shih Tzu love this place because of her

Went there with my new Goldendoodle Puppy and without my mask and they were fine and didn't say a thing. The clerk was very helpful and gave great puppy advice since I haven't had a puppy in 18 years.. Always a pleasure to shop there!

Checkin and checkout performed efficiently, pleasant staff, my German shepherd Moose looks great and most importantly appeared to genuinely like his groomer, Elliott. I am always concerned that Moose be treated well.

Had made a grooming appointment here after the PetSmart on Edinger had canceled my previous appointment because apparently a groomer called off and they couldn’t reschedule it until like 2 weeks after. Came to my appointment at this location and guess what? Same thing happened again. But this time they didn’t even call me to let me know even though I received all text messages the day before confirming my appointment. Showed up there and they said “unfortunately your dog’s groomer called off today but we can reschedule it for next week with 30% off”. What a way to make me waste my time!

Great selection and very helpful employees.

A quick in-and-out place to pick up my cat food. Prices are on par with Target and there is never a line. Just about everything you can imagine in all pet categories. They do an amazing job with cat and kitten adoptions. I've seen dog obedience classes there too.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Ginger has been a PetSmart dog since day 1, and I can't say enough about the wonderful people that have taken such great care of her the past 3 years. Thank you

Awesome experience! Staff was warm and greeted every customer, asked if we needed assistance. Shop had everything I needed in one place. Low stress, COVID cleanliness & spacing in place. Our new local go to pet shop!

Sinclair in the grooming department did an amazing job with our dog Jackson. He had a bath, blowout, furminator, nail grindIng and softening shampoo. Jackson looks and feels so soft, looks so shiny, healthy and even his paws look so beautiful ???? too. We highly recommend Sinclair she exceeded our expectations Thank you so much Sinclair Rick and Linda

The cashier was such a hoot. I bought some treats on clearance for TWENTY-SEVEN CENTS just to try it out, and she told me her story of how she bought 100 packs WITH her employee discount tackled on top. She was able to convince me to grab whatever was left on the shelf since it was such a steal. The store was kept spic and span. There was plenty of parking at the shopping center with and without shade.

This store is clean and organized for the most part. Not far from beach which is nice. What I didn’t particularly enjoy is the customer service and the long wait in line. There was only one person at the register with plenary of other employees in back taking amongst themselves. After waiting in the long line, Jonathan wasn’t pleasant at all. Slightly rude with a rush in his tone. I asked how he was and was practically ignored. Sad because it’s al about customer service nowadays. I always go to PetSmart but will not return to this one.

RUDE employees and never have anything in stock. I will 100% not return based on my experience. Any other petsmart is better than this one. Save yourself the Trouble and go elsewhere
