I have been using pets mart for many years and that place became so unreliable So I tried dog gone pretty and my dogs never looked so good. Pricing is good and no waiting for two weeks. Live this place

We just had our first experience here and we are very happy. Eva was great from start to finish and she seemed to really care about my two little dogs which was my highest priority. Not only did my dogs look great but they seemed very happy when I'm picked them up. Eva was able to provide a fantastic schnauzer cut for my dogs better then I've ever had before. We will definitely be back here. Thank you Eva for taking good care of La Niña & El Macho!

Eva is always so attentive and caring for me and my pups' (three maltese's) grooming needs. They always come out looking beautiful even when I'm super picky about their haircuts.

I am usually the one giving good reviews but this time I am beyond upset with how my precious pet was treated. I got my dog at this place for grooming and got him back bleeding at the back of his neck. It is terrible!! I was told he had knots at the back of his neck and so they had to remove a lot of his hair out there but when I got home and removed his collar, it totally freaked me out to see the amount of bleeding. I had to take him to a vet and he got a shot and ointment to put on daily. When I called them to ask about the bleeding they refused to accept anything to do with it. I am never ever going to take my pet to this disgusting place! Cannot trust these people, they should shut down!! So they don't abuse any more pets!!

At first I was disappointed in the hair cut. Due to matting, a lot of fur needed to be cut off. My dog, who looked like a Wookie going in, came out looking like a normal dog. It has been a couple of months since the grooming and he is back to his Wookie look. Eva did a fantastic job keeping the integrity of breeds look.

Great place to take your dog to get groomed. I've been having a hard time finding a place cause my dog has anxiety attacks so its hard to groom her but this place the groomer was great with her and she said she was no problem. they have reasonable prices also.

Deapite the fact that he had a 1200 appt but he wasn't finished till 4pm, they did an excellent job on my 4 yr old golden retriever. He had not been groomed in almost 5 mos. he had chunks of fur falling out of his tail and his ears, chest fur, and tail were terribly matted. I was worried they were going to have to shave his fur all the way down to the bare skin. We had that experience with A DIFFERENT GROOMER and they cut my dog behind the ear and it got infected. This was not the case with "Dog Gone Pretty Groomers". They did an excellent job protecting the integrity of my dogs fur and skin and they did a beautiful job grooming.The only knock I would give them is that they need to stick to their appointment times and I'd like to see him come out with a bandana around his neck.
