Place was great they even take Guinea pigs ! They did so well with mine he is all better and I'm so thankful !!!

So far I like this place. Dr. Moran was nice.

The front staff is rude and their computer system is old and shuts down. I asked numerous time to obtain a grooming appointment for my dog when he had a procedure completed and I was told multiple times that it would be done. On the day of the procedure, the grooming was not completed and the Office Staff was really rude about their mistake. I will never bring my little fur baby over there again.

They really care about your pet. Great staff and wonderful vetinarian! I even got a call from the vetinarian to see how our doggy was doing. Definitely recommend Famy Pet Care Center.

They just want your money.. they don't care about your pet... Go somewhere else

This isn't the first time I've had issues with this place. I made a dental appointment for my dog. No one called to confirm the appointment and no one told me what time to be there. I show up at 8am, they take my dog at 8:30. I called them at 12:30, they hadn't done it yet. No one called to tell me how the procedure went. They say they called me twice to pick up my dog at 3:20pm. My phone had no record of it. I showed up at 3:30pm without a call and waited there until 4pm until someone approached me. They also pulled 5 teeth and didn't call me before they made the extraction which is pretty standard for better run facilities. Everytime I call they put me on hold. They obviously cant handle the clients they have and their communication is terrible. I have another dog scheduled to go there for same thing. Definitely going to cancel. Look for another vet. They have high turnover, Dr. Sanders is ok but everything else there is awful.

My bulldog Jersey has alot of health issues and is pretty much the bully in the bubble. Dr. Maran nd his staff has taken very good care of my girl. I would alway recommend Family Pet Car Center

They are very friendly and seem to know what they are talking about. I've been to many vets who have pushed many things on me trying to get money out of me instead of trying to help my pet. They are helpful and listen to any concerns I have and although they do suggest things to me, they don't pressure me into getting them there.

Been coming here for almost half a year and the team is amazing from the reception to the doctors to the checkout. Very prompt to questions and always available to assist. It’s just pity that I’m moving out of state or else I would continue coming here.

I love this place. We have 2 dogs a rabbit and a bearded dragon. They all are seen here. It's a little pricey but you definitely get quality.

I can not say enough about Family Pet Care Center in Hollister. I love all wonderful people working there from the Vet to the technicians and the Adminstrative team rocks. Such a well oiled machine!! love them.

Highly recommend. Pre Covid, Doc Moran will sit down and thoroughly explain diagnosis and treatment. He will follow up post tx with a call, opposed to directing staff to do so. The staff is friendly and seem to truly care for our furry family members. Prices are fair ???? Highly recommend!
