DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE they have the worst costumer service after calling all day no answer I had to go in and see what was going on it had been 5 hours and they had only washed my dog mind you she’s a small poodle that’s ridiculous when I went to walked in This establishment I saw one of the groomers slamming a dog on the table as she told it stop moving this place is horrible and I wish I could give 0 stars because they abuse the animals and am sure that was only one of many.

Brought my Pomeranian in and the given cut was not good at all. His nails were not cut.

If I could give no stars I would!! Crystal was our groomer and never had a problem, until the last time we had our puppy groomed and she said he was matted so she shaved him!! He came home and was a mess so much so I took him to the vet all to find out he was traumatized from the grooming!! Never will I take my dogs back!!

Lucy is amazing, we have been going to her for years. She also donates her services to hesperia animal control when they get a very matted dog♡ We wouldn't go to anyone else.

Very disappointed with the service we received. I took a chance with this place and I REGRET it. Picked up my dog with a red eye. They didn't say anything until I brought it up. My dog has been groomed multiple times before at other groomers and has never been returned to me like this. I'm always told he does very well. Their explanation was that he was freaking out so they had to hold him down to keep him still and that he blew a blood vessel in his eye from stress. I'm not sure if that's true or if there was trauma to the eye. Either way it's unacceptable. I was so hurt to get my baby back like that. And on top of this the cut they gave him looks like they just took scissors to him and gave him the choppiest cut. Worst haircut he's ever received. Nail trimming is supposed to be included and that wasn't done at all. I will NEVER bring my dog here again.

We have taken our family basset hound here a few times, this last time she went, she came back in a lot of pain, not being able to barley walk. Laying around whining, her ears were also disgusting when she came home. My mom made it a point to explain to the groomer to be very careful with her legs due to them being so short and doesn’t move as well as different dogs (if you’ve seen a basset hound you’ll know what I mean) took her to the vet and had x-rays done and come to find out they injured her front right leg by extending it. She now also has bulging disc near her shoulder blades. ABSOLUTELY no problems with her prior to this last grooming. She gets regular check ups at our vet. I would not recommend this place. BE CAREFUL. We are not with these people while our pets are being groomed, god knows how they’re being treated!

I have taken my dogs for grooming for the last 15 years, they're very professionals and courteous, keep it up the good work.

I came here because of the great reviews. My yorkie looks awful, his hair is very choppy! He has long hairs and short hairs all over his body. His private area is shaved to the point it looks waxed or something. Also when I picked him up my shirt was covered in fur, my dog never sheds so that was a bit annoying. I had to shower him again to get rid of all the loose hair falling out. The groomers are very nice so I don’t understand how my dog turned out so bad.

Had to help dry my dog and had to brush jer when i got her home because they said my dog was to scared.

I have used funky poodle services before however, today was a total disaster that caused a Gut-wrenching experience for myself and entire family. I dropped off my dog at 10am for appointment. The whole day went by without receiving a phone call saying he was ready to be picked up. I called a few times thur out the day without an answer and getting voicemail full message. Finally, after 3pm someone finally answered the phone. I asked if my dog was ready for pick up. The first thing they said to me was that my dog was never dropped off and they had no check in marked off on their end. That maybe I dropped him off at the Apple valley location. I described their location ( Hesperia on main st). She said we don’t have your dog here I must be confused or mistaken. That’s when the panic started to hit. After a few moments of going back in forth. The lady lied saying they were calling me all day I asked them the number they been calling which ( wasn’t my phone number) yet no one tried finding the correct owner or even bothering looking at my dog’s tag with of my information on it. They basically said that they were disorganized because they didn’t have a receptionist. They NEVER once apologized or made me feel comfortable knowing my dog was safe there. I’ll never be returning here. My dog is our family member would never leave him with people who don’t care or love animals. Please save yourself a headache and funky poodle possibly losing your loved one !!!!!

My shepherd has bad separation anxiety I was worried when I dropped her off. She loved it she was just sitting at a booth being good when I showed up. Great prices and so happy with her cleaning.
