We've been coming here for years and it's a great place for our dogs. Our dogs have a great time and they can't wait to come here. I highly recommend it.

This is our go to place to board our dog. They are always trustworthy and accommodating. We can be at ease when we go out of town and leave our family dog with them. We have been coming to them since 2017. They have served our community and been so helpful. Thank you

We left our golden Retriever and Miniature Pinscher and they have not been the same, our golden has always been a very gentle loving dog and now he wants to fight with our little miniature pinscher he is never done this before and the guy who came to the door didn't even know what dogs were ours he had dogs outside in the extreme heat and had dogs running loose on the inside never again

They are amazing! Best of all No crates & flexible drop off & pick up hours.They take great. care of my little dude.

Dropped off our two Great Danes today for a quick daycare while we took care of some household issues. The people were very friendly and quick to respond. Price was fantastic and our boys came back in a fantastic mood. If they can handle two Danes that weight a combines 280-300 pounds of muscle, they can handle anything.

These folks are the best. Very kind and understanding with the dogs that are being boarded. Our dog now looks forward to going there. He can't wait to go there again.

My fur baby’s first time staying at a doggie day care for 6 days she didn’t even want to leave she was sad when taking her home.. when on vacation we got pics of Skye and they made us feel way more better about leaving her she even made fur friends we will be coming back next vacation thank you so much for making us feel comfortable

Excellent ..service.man did they save me when i needed a place for my dogs for the day..of course as of any owner of any dog would be worried when they drop there furry friend off somewhere.but i got such a good vibe from them when i called, i took my dogs dropped them off did not worry about them the whole day i was gone.amazing people.the guy was so very nice...great vibes.this was my 1st time leaving them with him.no worries at all i would recommend them 100% i can't thank you enough..really made me happy.amazing.

A royal ruffhouse is FANTASTIC. Steven and Ryan took such excellent care of our fur baby while we were gone for 9 days. It was his first time boarding, and when we picked him up he was relaxed, and even looked like he lost a bit of weight which he really needed!! He looks fit and happy. Thanks so much for the great care and I will definitely bring him back here anytime I need a pet sitter. A++ SERVICE!

It’s been a year since I was last at this place. I went one day and left my 2 dogs for boarding after reading the great reviews. I was leaving for a 10 day trip and was at ease seeing they would be staying at a homelike boarding place. By the first morning, I received a call my dog had passed away under their care. It was a hot sunny day. My dog was healthy as could be, no problems ever. He was only 4 human years. I was never given an explanation just that he never woke up. It was directed he not be left out long as we all know “bulldogs” can’t withstand the heat. Until this day I will assume this is what happen for he had no health issues. Think twice before you leave your beloved pets here.

Very easy to get a hold of, my dogs seem very content when picking them up. I would recommend them for anyone needing to board their dogs.

I havent taken my dog Athena here yet but just by my phone experience you can tell that steve cares alot about animals, so i will be using this dog sitting company in august and i know my dog will be very well tajen care of. I was so nervous to leave my dogs with anyone but they made me feel so at ease. They would send me updates and photos almost daily. We will definitely be using them again for our next trip.

My dog Macy has been coming here for two yrs. My dog was there for two weeks after giving birth and she was well taken care of. Steve and the other young man treated me and my dog like we were family. I love this place. My dog loves it too ????.

Our first time using Royal Ruffhouse, and it was a doozy for us to leave our 10 month old Siberian "Odin". We only dealt with Ryan, he was very calm and experienced with our pup. This was Odin's first time with other dogs let alone for 3 nights while we were in Vegas! We checked on him while gone and our fears were unfounded, he did great with Ruffhouse. He got into a little bit of trouble too but we are happy he is meeting and socializing there. We will be using this service more often as it seems Odin was not a happy dog to have to leave there. He pouted the whole way home, wouldn't even look at me ! Little jerk, that just says that he liked his time with new friends. Thanks again Ryan for watching our little man and communication.

I dealt only with Ryan so I cant say talk about anyone else. Ryan was awesome. He was friendly and during pickup my pup didnt want to leave his side. Glad she enjoyed her stay. We will be back! Edit: we dropped out pup. Again for a longer amount of time and got to deal with Steve. Steve was awesome too. Our pup loves Steve and Ryan.

Tag teams Steve and Ryan has been great with my pitbull. Running on my 3rd year with these guys watching over my family dog Bruno. :)

I couldn't speak highly enough about the owner, service, professionalism, and peace of mind we got at A Royal Ruffhouse. My wife and I were in a situation where we needed a temporary home for 2 aggressive terriers. Royal Ruffhouse took them both with open arms. Steve took the time with our bully Chubba a pug terrier mix. What was a 1 month situation turned into 3 and Steve was off the charts accommodating. My wife and I have constantly changing schedules so having a place we want to take our boys and that we feel good about leaving them in care of is a true blessing. The first month we checked on them every weekend and each time it was like our dogs and Steve were old friends. Unable to check the last 2 months but when we got our guys back today they were healthy and happy and leaner, like they got plenty of exercise. Steve answered all our questions, gave us updates when we called. Lots of space for the boys, both our guys were not social with people or other animals going in but they already are acting better around other dogs andSteve knows his stuff, plus our guys like him. You can't fake a dog's reaction.

I would highly recommend this boarding facility. I had never boarded my dogs before (1 year old babies) and it was going to be for a month. I liked that the dogs had free range because they have a large lot. I was concerned about my dogs getting along with other dogs and so pleasantly surprised. Their stay turned into six weeks and I had no worries. The communication was great - always answered their phones. The reservation was made a few weeks in advance and they called a few days prior to confirm. The price for this kind of long term boarding was more than fair. I had trouble figuring out how to get them there and they came and picked them up! Talk about AWESOME customer service. They even brought them home. They love what they do and care for the animals as if they were their very own. My dogs came home a healthy weight unlike when I took them in... they taught me about nutrition etc. owners are kind and caring people. My dogs have been home for less than a week and I Know WITHOUT A DOUBT that they miss Royal Ruffhouse. If you need boarding do not hesitate! I would never consider taking my dogs anywhere else. Really good place to take your dogs. Left mine there and expressed some concerns, which were all listened to. Was even told I could call anytime I wanted. My dog was super happy after being picked up and nothing was wrong with them! For $25 a day you can't do any better!

Best place I've ever taken my dog to! No kennels and 24/7 care. My dog has a couple issues and they took it with stride and handled all my calls professionally and with kindness. As long as I live in Victorville I will go here for doggie day care.
