Our friend was supposed to be checking on our cats but got caught up with work. We were out of town and reached out to Tracy at Fancy Tails. She was immediately responsive gave us a fair quote for emergency service in the rain that we accepted. Her service was phenomenonal. She documented every aspect of her visit and care for our cats: brought in the packages, cleaned their litter, cleaned up a mess they had made, vacuumed their area, and refilled their food and water. Took pics of the happy cats. I could not recommend Fancy Tails enough!!! Thanks Tracy!

We've been using Tracy for several years. At first to check in our cat when out of town. A couple years ago we took in a rescue and Tracy helped us to not only walk our dog while we're at work but train her also. Our dog's on-leash behavior improved dramatically when Tracy started walking her. Tracy is very reliable and good communicator. She texts us pics from every visit which we love!

Fancy Tails took care of my lab Sandy while I was out of town for work. She came three times per day for meals and walks. My dog got to meet other dogs on the midday group dog walks in Hermosa Beach. First, let me say that my puggle, Harvey, is a cherished member of our family. I have always been very tepid about using dog walker services, as our dog is somewhat temperamental and doesn’t get along with a lot of people / most men. Tracy (Fancy Tails) was recommended by a former neighbor of ours, we would see her frequently in our apartment building walking multiple neighbors dogs, and was always extremely pleasant and professional! We decided to give her a try, and let me tell you it’s the best thing we’ve done for our dog! Our first visit was an introduction between her and our puggle, and we were immediately impressed with her as a person and lover of animals. I immediately felt assured that we found someone trustworthy with our beloved boy. Furthermore, Tracy offers so much more than dog walking - she truly cares for the furry companions she walks routinely, and takes the time to take pictures of your dog on the walk - evidencing any bowel movements/ potty they take. Believe me this is reassuring, I’ve had dog walkers leave our dog tied up outside of a Starbucks all day and claim she was being walked! I’ll also add that Harvey has lost significant weight since he started walking with Tracy! Tracy also offers pet siting, which we recently utilized for our recent wedding trip! It was extremely stressful to leave Harvey, let alone in a house he’s never stayed, but every night Tracy sent us pics and videos of him happier than ever! Heck I don’t think he wanted to come home with us! Anyway, my wife and I are truly indebted to Tracy! Use Fancy Tails with confidence!

My Zeus and Zoe (basenji’s) are wild pups and need a lot of attention and exercise. I met with Tracy and she customized a schedule for walks and even did free play dates for extra exercise. My dogs are always a lot more calm when I come home for work after Fancy Tails cares for them. I noticed they sleep better and eat better (they are hungry after they are exercised). My schedule changes often and they are super flexible in adding walks or rescheduling some. And a couple times I needed last minute services on a weekend and they were there to help me. I have used other pet sitters and dog walkers in Hermosa before finding Fancy Tails and I am really lucky I found them. They are the best. Thank you.

I have been using Fancy Tails for almost a year for my puppy Lulu. I started using Fancy Tails when I needed a family emergency and needed both a pet sitter and walker. Tracy not only accompanied me but took such great care of my miniature poodle. She sent me regular updates via text along with photos of the her daily activities. I work long hours and have Fancy Tails as a helping has been so much help!! 5 stars all the way

Fancy Tails is a lifesaver! Tracy not only takes her job seriously she loves my little Golden with all her heart. She deserves 10 stars for dependability. She's texts when she picks up and drops off and her videos are adorable. Roo loves Tracy like family. And to top it off her advice on topics of Roo's health, behavior and training has been as valuable (or more) than our Vet's.

Tracy is super efficient and knows all the right questions to ask when first meeting your pets. Our cats immediately warmed up to her and made it an easy choice to have her take care of our kitties. She sends lots of photos and videos every time she visits and gives updates on how they're doing. Definitely would recommend Fancy Tails!

We started using Tracy in the last year and have really enjoyed her service! Sometimes trips pop up last minute and she's always able to accommodate which relieves us of the stress associated with leaving your fur babies!! She definitely goes above and beyond. We have one kitty who is very messy and we never come home to it! She's also very detailed, if she doesn't see both kitties out and about she won't leave until she confirms they're both ok. They always are, one just loves to hide! Definitely will continue to use Fancy Tails!

Fancy tails is an extremely reliable and safe dog walking/sitting company. Tracy responds promptly, provides updates on your dogs walk, and is knowledgeable with resources in the community such as veterinary services. She has also watched my dog when I've taken trips and I always feel he's is great hands. Highly recommend.

Fancy Tails was a true god send today. I was traveling out of the country and needed someone to take my cat to the vet and board her for the day. Tracy quickly jumped to the task in just an hours notice, picked up my cat from my house, sent videos and photos every step of the way to show me my kitty was safe 'n sound, at the vet for her appointment on time, comforted kitty through her exam & shots, even showed me my apartment door was locked on her way out. I actually shed a tear I was so happy for her help and so relieved knowing my cat baby was in good hands. - quick response (text communication - even better!) - fair rates - easy payment method - sends photos/videos - requires little instruction but asked all of the right questions (even filled out the vet forms on my behalf!) Thanks again, Fancy Tails! Pan the Bengal cat has a new godparent! I'll definitely use your services again for house calls, but hopefully with advance notice next time!

Tracy was great with our two "men". We were nervous since they had never been left alone before. They liked her immediately when they met her and she came every day to take care of them like clockwork and sent us great pics and updates. We are happy to have found someone we trust with our animals and our home. Highly recommend!

We have used Tracy's services several times now and would not trust anyone else to watch our cat. She sends daily updates and videos while you are away so you can be sure your pet is well cared for. Our cat gets scared when we go on vacation and Tracy even looks under the bed (the number one hiding spot) to send us a picture so we know our pet is at home safe. I always feel confident when I know Tracy is taking care of my little bunny. I receive texts when she's on her way and and pics/videos of her visit. If there is a package by the front door, she will bring it inside along with a video account as well. Tracy is trustworthy, timely and compassionate about animals. What more could anybody ask for!!!

Tracy watched my dog for 2 weeks while I was out of town. She came by two to three times per day to feed and walk him. I didn't leave enough food and she even went to the pet store to pick up a new bag of dry food. I used dog boarding places in the past and will never use them again since finding Fancy Tails. My dog made lots of new friends and looked very happy in all the pictures. I was reassured daily that my dog was in the best of hands.
