Warm Hearts Pet Hospital Henderson, California

This is my preferred vet, they take great care of my animals. The prices are about average for what I have seen at other places. Overall a good place to take your animals.

Great staff. Had to put our family dog to sleep and these guys killed him good!

I unfortunately didn't get to use the vet that long. I had brought my very elderly dog in to get a check up as she had some underlying health concerns and was 16. They were amazing with her. My dog had very bad separation anxiety and was unsure of new places and it took her maybe 5 minutes to feel comfortable. She would get excited to see the staff and didn't fight her visits. Sadly her health declined fast and I called them the day after Thanksgiving because we knew something was wrong. They were about to close and weren't taking walk ins but knowing my dog and her situation they knew she couldn't wait. They allowed us to come in. We had to put our baby girl down that day. They sat with us and with her. She wasn't scared, she knew and she was content with the people who were with her. They made the experience as calming as it could be. They really love the animals and it shows.

They were great with my tinkerbell (cat) and helped me out financially I give them one of the best ratings

The staff was friendly but they did not investigate my pets issue. And charged a fortune for the pills they gave me . And misdiagnosed my pet. So I had to take away a couple stars for that. This is a good clinic for non life threatening issues you may have with your pet.

Dr. Inna is amazing, but she needs to reconsider her hiring practices. The staff is cohesively rude and not welcoming. Unable to effectively communicate among themselves or to the customers. Here's what it comes down to: if you are trying to save your pet, this is absolutely the place to go since Dr. Inna will do her best to keep them healthy. However, for ordinary services such as boarding I believe there are lots and lots and lots of better options. No need to go here where staff treats you as if you were a bother.

It was emergency and they had a waiting room full of appointments and short on staff. They took me right in. I'm sure all of us animal lovers appreciate that they take emergencies and we definitely will wait for our appointment thank you warm hearts for being so kind when you had to put down my baby

I pulled my dogs from another vet UN the GV area... Not only were they ripping me off... In the thousands... But were constantly rude. I have now moved my dogs over to Warm Hearts and Am so happy I did... They have been fair in prices and taken good care of my babies. Dr Zamora and Dr Larsen I have dealt with and they are amazing ladies... Very much about helping and respectful. I am so pleased with them... I highly suggest if you have issues or need a good vet clinic... Try them. Thanks guys for taking care of my furrbabies. Whiskey and Samson thank you!

I love taking my fur baby's there . The people there are awesome. They are cheap 61.00 for all the shots my puppy needed.

Our dog was having trouble breathing and I called in a panic and they told us come by immediately. Our dog passed away, but the doctor was very honest about our options. The staff was very caring and compassionate and kept updating us. They made the process more bearable and we are so thankful.

Staff and doc are friendly. Wait times are reasonable. Doc didnt feel like a car salesmen wanting to do 50 unnecessary test.

A great pet vet, Dr Larson is the best. One visit and my little boy is back to his old self. He has diabetes, gave me supplies and directions and all is going well, I have a happy boy again! Staff is very caring and helpful!

The employees are very nice and helpful. My dog Bella happens to see Dr Inna and has had 2 surgeries that were very successful. We have been going to Warm Hearts for several years now and have always had great experiences ❤

Very knowledgeable and great at easing anxious dogs. Small facility but great at what they do. Plan ahead as there is usually a wait. Walk ins welcome on Saturdays.

During a busy Saturday they still took care of me and were very polite and friendly.
