Arrived at 5:01 with dog in tow and was turned away!! I guess the owners could care less about having customers.

Came in with my chihuahua pup today to check the store out. Absolutely amazing, affordable and the staff are excellent! Highly recommend

Had a terrible first experience at Bone A petite. Called her very late in the day and asked if they can do my dogs nails. Said absolutely and come on up. I was immediately greeted by multiple staff members. They shaved my goldendoodles nails quickly and did a great job. Huge selection of toys, treats, leashes, etc. The lady who helped me was super nice and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back here for nails trim, grooming, and bathing.

Really a big help to take my 2 labs to a place that has elevated walk in tubs and all the supplies you need.

Make sure you get your dog there by 4:50pm. Even though they say "last wash is at 5pm". The business hours state they are open until 6pm. I arrived about 4:55pm tonight, they were cleaning up already and would not allow me to wash my dog. I've been coming here for many years, sadly this was my last visit.

This place was so great. Took our golden retriever there last week. The woman working was extremely helpful and kind. Even helped me brush all his crazy shedding fur. Will 100% recommend this place to everyone!

SO easy to use - best idea ever for those of us who like to wash our dogs but don't have the space at home. My Mastiff really enjoys the back BIG tubs. Everyone is so helpful and nice.

It's a great place to take a dog. You know if you have to make an appointment a month or two ahead of time you know she is good!

My fiancé and I come here to bathe our dog. The staff are always so nice and understanding of our anxious pet. They are happy and eager to assist us with anything we need and the place is always clean.

Today was our first time at the Soggy Dog. Wow! It is so easy and convenient! They have everything you need to bathe your baby and you don't have to clean up afterwards! We will definitely be back!!

I called and they were all booked up for wks is what they told me. So I didn't get a chance to try them

Got there at 5:06 and the employee working says we couldn't wash our 1 dog since it was after 5pm and they close at 6pm. We were very disappointed that he couldn't make an exception for the 6 minutes and was it worth losing a customer over!

What a great place to wash and dry your fur baby. Dixie was helpful as it was our first time there. Very easy to wash and then go blow dry your dog. Different brushes to brush out, different shampoos and conditioners and even colognes if you want. Really liked this place and $$ is just right.

Easy do it yourself. And save you back. Cheap too.

So we go there to wash our dog. We are asked by the girl employee if we've been there before, we say no and she proceeds to not tell us a thing, like that the water temp is pre-set. She then goes back to the desk and gets on her phone. She doesn't assist us at all. The place isn't nice, the apron ties don't even go around a normal sized person, the worn out towels are hand, not bath sized. The blow dryers are not in a cabinet so they are LOUD to the point they scared our dog. There was another dog in a cage after grooming in the dryer room and he was TERRIFIED at the noise. Being in that cage with those loud dryers was torture for him. There are much nicer places to bathe your dog in Vegas that charge the same price.

Very Unprofessional. I called to book an appt for my 2 little dogs. The guy that answered the phone said the groomer is booked out 5-6 weeks. I said they couldn't wait that long for a cut. I still wanted to book about 6 weeks out for them for their next cut but get a cut sooner somewhere. I asked him if he could recommend somewhere that would be able to cut sooner. He said their are no other groomers in the area. WHICH IS A LIE! That is so unprofessional. I won't be going there with my pets. If they lie about that, I would hate to see what they would do about things that matter. Sad considering I have used their self wash but think I will take that to Bogarts Bone Appetite from now on at only $11.99.
