What a great team! They were professional and sympathetic but even better, Dr C was amazing. Take ur furry babies here!

Had my 3 month old pup come in for a stomach exam about 3 months ago because of non stop bowel issues. We do the exam, only to spend 120$ for them to never call me back. I tried to call them multiple occasions for results. I had to call at least 4/5 times that week for a basic exam. The results were supposed to be given to me the next day. I know there are more emergent cases but he was going diarrhea non-stop for a week. At this point, I had done everything I could. I just felt like this office ripped me and my wallet off. I took him in the second day with his episodes. Please don't personally message me. I don't expect that from this clinic anyhow. Extremely dissatisfied & disappointed. Would never recommend coming here. I have relocated to Spencer Springs. Friends and family recommend them to me after this issue happened. I personally was able to speak with the tech & vet. They gave him the antibiotics that were needed. I would have at least respected a voicemail with some kind of result. What's the point of getting your animals tested and taken care of if you can't even relay on a phone call from a vet office? A little embarrassing.

This place is a joke ! The staff seemed like a bunch of interns and students who constantly contradicted each other on my Dogs well being. They had no idea what they were doing ,and only were concerned with payment upfront .

The staff is very friendly and compassionate. The Vet Dr. Lyons was so very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She took the time to give us options and explain each one and answered all our many questions. I will definitely be recommending her and the clinic.

I never had a problem here. The staff at the front desk appear to multitask a lot but are appear rather friendly and efficient as possible. The doctors have proven to be knowledgeable and honest so while that's expected, it's reassuring

What an amazing staff and Dr. We has a slight emergency with our bunny baby on Sat and we walked in. They did such an amazing job. So personable and knowledgeable and everyone seemed like was there to help. Thank you #Sunridge Animal Hospital and staff.

I am always so impressed with the “bedside” manner that my dogs and myself have been treated with since coming here 3yrs ago. I have two dogs, and been bringing my girl in since she was 7wks old, and her son since he wasn’t even born yet! Haha! Every staff member I’ve interacted with has always tolerated my endless questions, overreactions to little things, and my breakdowns in stressful moments. But beyond that, most of them they continue to remember my dogs by name if not by face. We always feel taken care of here. They even get excited when we pull up! Thank you for everything you do Sunridge team!

dr I is the bomb!!! the staff and other vets are great. been to several other places and never found any other place as great as here. they answer ALL your questions no matter how significant or not. I recommend this place to everybody. They really love all their pet patients.

Dr. Ceballos is always “gone for the day” and unavailable to answer questions about the visit, even as you are checking out immediately after being seen. Apparently none of the other vets are qualified to speak to Dr. Ceballos’ patients owners, so they are always putting you off to the next day. Also, they are exceptionally expensive and clearly have much staff turnover. I’m sure Dr. Ceballos knows what he is doing but due to the horrible communication of him and his staff he feels very untrustworthy. Definitely not going back.

The staff is very professional and caring. My Chihuahua pups are starting out their lives in Sunridge Animal Hospital's care. I trust the vets there.

They cut my rabbit nails and they did amazing !!

A+++ service! My regular vet was unavailable so I took my fuzzy baby here for an emergency treatment. I really appreciate how nice the staff are, they're so sweet. Everyone was professional, kind and very respectful. Thank you for helping my little guy out when he needed it. He's feeling great now!

Love love love this place! The staff was very friendly and we had no wait time. We drove a hundred miles from Arizona to get our eclectus parrot's beak trimmed. The vets near us had a month long wait for an appointment. Sunridge did a fabulous job trimming our little Duke's beak. It looks great! Would Highly recommend if you need a great vet.

So far, so great! The folks here have taken great care of my cat. Reasonable prices. Good hours.

What a great hospital, they cared for my daughter's bunny Adora. Everyone was so kind and caring. The front office staff were very helpful and professional.I highly recommend this hospital. I will definitely start taking my bunnies there.

IT'S a very clean place and the people are very nice and helpful.

Staff is knowledgeable and kind. My rabbit had an emergency and they were able to see her right away when my regular vet was not. The staff and service was so wonderful that I am now considering switching vets!

I took my canary bird today for beak trim and i ended up with a dead bird instead. Very unprofessional. I don't recommend this place after my exprience.

Love this place. I have taken my dogs here for years. The doctor is super sweet and caring. They even called to check on my fur babies. This is one of the best and cleanest places in town.
