Do not support this business. They take advantage of young adults. They sell dogs at 188% interest rate. I don’t know how anyone could take advantage of a young girl this way. She has been making payments and the loan was twice the amount of the puppy.

I bought beautiful female Pomeranian puppy. This was my dream dog I was super excited to get her. She cost almost $5000.00. I live in reno and I drove 7 1/2 hours to go pick her up this Sunday before Thanksgiving. I literally only had the puppy for three days And she passed away on Thanksgiving day. I am extremely saddened. I named my puppy bew. The lady LORELAI was extremely nice and the experience picking the puppy up was nice. I just don’t understand how they are not doing anything they are saying the cause of death is not covered. I just don’t know what to do. I literally only had the puppy for three days and she passed away on Thanksgiving… rest in puppy heaven (Bew) I would never forget trying to do mouth-to-mouth to revive you. ????

First time visiting here and left with a puppy! The friendliest and most helpful staff EVER! Would absolutely recommend this place over Petland or any other pet store! You can tell the staff really bond with every animal and each puppy has a big open space to play with and not just a crate. Absolutely in love with my experience! ????

Stopped by for the first time today, and found lots of happy puppies and friendly staff. There were employees cleaning everything thoroughly, and you can find hand sanitizer on nearly every dog pen. The puppies have cute little toddler slides inside their rooms, and there are big puppy playgrounds in the back. The animals are much more affordable than the nearby pet stores, and seem much happier and well mannered as well. I’ve been looking for a specific puppy for a while, and I’m excited to check back here for a new family member soon!

We have had a bitter sweet experience. The puppies they have are cute… but aren’t all puppies adorable? We got 2… and paid a little fortune - realized later that they seem way overpriced! We love our girls but they have cost us A LOT of money since we’ve got them. Reason for my low rating: 1. Our puppies were sick from the get go. They had Giardia : it took us months and 4 rounds of meds to get rid of it. We knew because they didn’t seem 100% well from the beginning. 2. Not even 2 weeks with us (and we kept them mostly indoor due to them not being vaccinated yet + having Giardia) and they got really sick: bronchitis and pneumonia. Had we not taken them to the ER on the weekend, they wouldn’t have made it. 3. We have had our 2 girls for 4 months now and have spent over 25k on them. Yes, dogs are expensive, but this is more than you should have to pay in the first few months in my opinion. 4. We reached out to the puppy palace since they talk about their famous 30 days warranty. Took us months and lots of chasing to get them to ‘do’ something about it. On July 2nd they said they had sent over a check. It’s been more than 1 month and we have not gotten anything. They are ignoring us again. It’s very frustrating and we have lost a lot of money. Hope this helps others.

This place is amazing! Everything from Persian Kittens to Siberian Huskies! The animals are treated much better here than at any other pet store. I adopted my puppy from them and I couldn’t be happier! 10/10

Came here yesterday with low expectations because most puppy stores do not care for their babies the way they should and buy from irresponsible breeders. Was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the store was, how well socialized the puppies were, and the variety of areas to meet the puppies was great. You could tell they were all cared for tremendously and round the clock. A little collie stole my heart and I hope to return for her soon! They offer a 12Y guarantee on congenital, among many other things ( which I can’t remember ) And 3 different options for financing - 2 of which specializes in luxury loans for dogs. All the employees were great and super friendly!

Everyone here was incredibly nice and helpful! all of the puppies were so cute. Mikayla and Ty were so nice and so fun to talk to. I definitely recommend to come here when you want a new lil fur baby

Just got a puppy from Puppy Palace, had the best experience with Mikayla one of the sales people on the floor. She was very informative and helpful and just over all had a great attitude. Definitely recommend going here to get your new family member.

You sold me a very sick puppy from a puppy mill. You lied about where she came from. You lied about your warranty. The breeders are not akc and you charged us for your Free pet warranty. Your staff knows nothing about the dogs or even how to care for 1. I would never recommend your company.

This place is a scam don’t buy your puppy’s from them. They run heavy inquirie in your credit check for there financing programs. But don’t tell you. Then there puppy’s are so over priced. A husky that looks to be one years old is 4K. That’s well over priced. There not a puppy in this place that’s less than 4K

I am beyond amazed with this place and how many puppies and different breeds they have!! So much better than other pet stores and the people that work there are so friendly and welcoming I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else no thank you!! This place is puppy heaven!! One of the workers there Ariee is her name she really knows her stuff like no joke!! She’s such a great helper I would have been so lost without her. Everything there is well kept, clean, tidy and all the puppies are happy!! For sure coming back!!

Puppy Palace is I mean AWESOME , I usually just do it home but as long as Ariana is there I’ll be bring king ( my dog ) back there . The place is clean , & well kept . Thank you so much for such an great experience I will always recommend and Ariana keep up the good works .!!

I walked in the door & all the employees where in the back. It took them 20 min to even come out the back to acknowledge that I was there. Poor customer service. Not even going to start on the dirty kennels. There dog are so big

Puppy Palace is amazing!! I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else to buy a puppy like EVER. They not only have puppies but so many you can choose from!! And they have everything you need for a puppy ???? when I bought a puppy from there she came with EVERYTHING including food and all and they gave her a bath she smelt so sweet! People that work there are so friendly, they have a nice sized play area for the pups to play in and of the workers there Ariee she was a complete angel and helped me with everything I needed I wish I could give more stars ⭐️ for this place.

Went into puppy palace a few days ago and hardly anyone was there to assist me. On top of that, the puppies looked unhealthy compared to other breeders I’ve met in the past. Questionable ethics.

Went here with my wife this week and we loved it! It was very clean and organized! Ty had the best customer service and was very helpful!
