It’s first time I took my dog Mia to get haircut. Inside it’s Very clean. Employees are very friendly. And it only took 2 hours to complete and price is very reasonable. I am very happy of my Mia’s look. She is happy too… will recommend paw r us to my friends.

AUGUST 14, 2021: DOG OWNERS BEWARE OF GROOMER! New owners bad job. I really don’t know what they did to my miniature schnauzer but he didn’t want to jump he was whining the first few days and hiding under the bed. When I coaxed him out from under the bed yes, he would play yes he would eat but then he would go back under the bed after that. Nothing worse than not being able to trust someone and nothing worse than thinking someone hurt your baby. Don’t go there. if you have gone there before, STOP. You will be disappointed???????? My dog is a sweet, friendly happy dog and now he hides under the bed and has lost something. Whatever happened there, it wasn’t good. ☹️????

I had been going here 2 years. They then started bringing in inexperienced groomers and trying to train them. I have a large labradoodle. They shaved his neck too close and he had a huge cut under his chin, with a big scab. And didn’t tell me. Found out that night as I was rubbing his neck. I took him in to show them and I got this blank stare that said “I am choosing” not to understand English today. Would not tell me who did it and did not offer a refund. Ok. We are done here.

My initial experience was very satisfying.. But they changed ownership and things changed dramatically for the worse. There was a communication problem with the Asian man, he didn’t seem to understand the way I wanted my dog groomed. I gave two tries and quit going back. It’s too bad, because the previous owner did a fantastic job.

They did great with attention to detail and really wanting to finish the job. My rescue for some sort of reason is sensitive/traumatize in the past when it came to his front paws. The lady asked me if I could help her hold him. Although my dog was initially crying in the beginning he learned very fast that she was very gentle and was not there to hurt him. He was definitely calm at the end of her cleaning him.

I took my dog in to paws r us. . I had a long discussion with the girl who checked me in as to how I wanted the dog groomed. She confirmed what they would do. To my surprise, they completely shaved my dog and took 5 inches of hair off of her! This place is a factory. They take no thought into actually grooming the dog. They just shave shave shave. Do not take your dog here. You will be heart broken as to how your dog looks. They take no care in making your dog look good and they misguide you and say they will.

Great experience. My dog left there looking and smelling really good. They handled my very big and vocal lab with car and without fear. I was impressed.

I took my doodle puppy to Paws R Us and had such an awesome experience. My girl gained a whole new confidence, she’s always soo shy and scared when getting in and out of my car so I always had to carry her, but when I picked her up from grooming she was soo happy and also hopped in and out of my car for the very FIRST time. This is also her second time getting groomed and her groomer said that she was very calm and sweet. Her first time at different place wasn’t so great and also overcharged me for a mini groom, it looked she only had a bath and brush. I’m so so happy I found Paws R Us and it’s also 2 min from my house. They took great care of my Sheepadoodle, Lucy.

First time I brought my Schnauzer here and they did a excellent job. I will definitely be brining her here from now on. And the price is very reasonable. Thank you Sonja!!!!!

The groomers are so gentle with my doggie, she's never stressed when I pick her up, and over a week after grooming she still smelled great...

I stumbled across this place while going to the cleaners. They did an amazing job and were quick and efficient! Other places will usually have my dog 4/6 hrs during a visit. They are usually done within a 2 hr span. That helps me to be able to go on with my day! And they are more reasonably priced!!

I took my Shih Tzu at Paws R Us for the first time. Friendly staff and clean facility. My dog was ready within 2.5hrs. He's so clean and fluffy. I'm very happy with the service that we received. The price is right, too! I will definitely come back. Thank you!!!

My first time taking my Bichon frise dog here. (We just relocated here from out of state). Clean salon, dogs being groomed in view. Several groomers working in this clean shop. Friendly greeting by lady doing his haircut. She listened carefully to my cut request and knew all about a Bichon cut.. Dropped him off at the appointment time, and got a phone call 1.5 hrs later that he was ready. Amazing to see him...best cut and grooming ever! Charge was $40.00. highly recommend and I will be back. No need to look elsewhere for dog grooming services.... I am so happy I found this place!

My Bichon Frise just had the best haircut of her life. She's 7 years old and others usually leave her looking like another breed. Pets R Us did an amazing, professional job. My dog has special needs and they worked around it with their gentle personalities. My new permanent pet groomer! Their prices are the best in Henderson or Vegas for those of us with pooches that need constant hair appts.
