Been going for years after trying many other groomers. Won't go anywhere else!

If you have an Australian shepherd I would not recommend this place I took my 6months old Aussie & his haircut it just bad it Like they only trim small hairs and nothing more. He did not even smell clean. I asked for really good trim haircut and the best they told me is that the dog had to comply with the groomer and that it wasn’t possible. I understand that with a puppy is hard to cut hair like a small kid but it all about patience and experience. It not professional work NOT RECOMMEND FOR AUSSIE DOGS !!

The groomer is outstanding 5 stars. I gave a Maltese. The reason for my rating is the lack of professionalism not to hire a second groomer! Many people have the proper skillsets and need to work. This is a family operation so they likely prefer not to hire outside the family. Appointments are usually a month in advance I found Lazy Dog in 2020 -- nervous to let anyone handle my Allie during the hot mess of the pandemic but Elaine (owner) enforces strict standards so I am comfortable. In September 2021 I called for an appointment an Elaine said groomer is booked one month and I must choose a date after. Upon checking her datebook, the next available appointment is October 23rd 2021. Elaine seems to be bothered that my family has not done grooming in a year as dated in the computer as the last visit. THE SINGLE REASON IS APPOINTMENTS ARE SO HEAVILY BOOKED, the client's urgency and timeline is not considered as a priority. This is so upsetting! I love Lazy Dog grooming techniques even the price of $45 full grooming is better than most salons. I imagine client's canceling or no show because they forget or have gone elsewhere. Sorry lazy dog, Lazy Dog, hire another groomer.

awesome and clean place. my pup was so happy when the groomer came to greet her, she smelled amazing when i picked her up, and they gave her the cutest bow tie!

We have been taking our Bichon’s, Zach and Zoe, to Lazy Dog Grooming for several years. They love it, and we love when they come home so beautiful and clean. The owners are thorough, attentive and take good care of our pups!

Any husky owner knows the struggle: fur everywhere. I've been taking my husky here for a year. I do the de-shed shampoo and blowout and it keeps the fur at bay. They even include a cute bandana and he's always comes out smelling fresh, with little to no hair coming off of him!

I came here because of their reviews. I'm glad I did. The lady did my puppy's nails better than Doogie District and for much lower price! I like that they don't expect a tip like other groomers as well; however, it was well deserved. I'll definitely be back.

They did an amazing job with our dog and they were so kind enough to fit her in at the last minute.

The blueberry scrub smells so good. They do a good job grooming my chihuahua.

After they razor burned my dog twice where he was bright red & had to see a vet, they blamed my dog whom every groomer before them said he was the easiest dog to groom.

I love this place! My Frenchies Bailey and Chloe love it here too they’re always excited when we get their. They get baths with facials and they always come home smelling great. My dogs have been to other groomers and they always come back smelling like wet dogs. But not here ☺️ I’m so happy I found a place that takes good care of them. Prices are great here very reasonable.

Clear instructions, they took great care of my 40lbs dog, and they were great on time.

I've been taking my Maltipoo here for over a year. I like that they are not eager to shave him just because he has one or two mats. He comes home smelling like blueberries and is perfectly fluffy and clean. The cute complimentary ties are an added bonus ????

I know that this is long, but please take the time to read this because it is very important. If I could give this a negative rating I would. -5. I used to love this place. Our dog would come out nicely groomed and smelled great! When we took our dog there he used to shake uncontrollably. We would always wonder why but the workers there just told us that maybe he was scared of the water. They lied. A couple days ago we took him there and the first thing they said when they gave him back to us was that they might have gotten soap in his eye. They lied again. When they touched him he would yelp so loudly and tremble. When we looked at his eye it was extremely, extremely red and he would barely even open it. He kept on yelping and continued to wimpier in pain. We immediately took him to the vet. The vet flushed his eye out and took a “screening” of it. It turns out that his retina was completely scratched. The vet said that this was one of the worse she has ever seen. Now we are left with a very expensive medical bill and the possibility that our dog could go blind in that eye. DO NOT EVER take your dogs here. The people here are cruel and evil. One of the assistants at the vets office that used to work here even said that that place was horrible and they would leave the dogs all day in small kennels with no food or water. Some dogs are there for over 10 hours! Not to mention the groomers will not help us in anyway. Our dog is so sweet and never deserved this. Please take care of your pets and never bring them here to these cruel, evil people.

I was very impressed with their work I we8to many places in past 10 years with my dogs. I have just only one left and definitely we'll by back. Very nice and carefully ask how I like to have the dogs groom. Thank you so much for your service, didn't expect to have from your location the appointment was done by accident from Google but definitely we'll be back.

Our dogs Captain and Dolly ABSOLUTELY LOVE going to Lazy Dogs Groomer! They get more excited about going then they do going for walks! And they look amazing after.

Elaine and Alex the owners take such great pride in their work and hire the right staff to help them with their grooming business. My wife and I chose Lazy Dog based on their reviews 3 years ago and we have been taking our dog Baxter there ever since. We don’t even bother taking him elsewhere since we know the quality of the job they do. We even moved further west to the Southwest side of town but make the drive. Consistency is key with dog grooming and they get it perfect every time. We can’t speak highly enough about the services they provide.

I arrived at location today 3/17/19 at 10:55am for a 11am appt. My dog a Husky/Akita mix weighs 90 lbs was to have a bath and brushing. When I arrived a Oriental lady checked me in but was on the phone and handed me a white card to fill out. While I was waiting for her to get off the phone I looked into the big front viewing window. There was a girl back table grooming a small dog and front right table was a girl grooming a German Shephard. Am I glad I looked in the girl grooming the German Shephard was being rough with the dog - she pushed him to sit hard press on his spine. The dog was fidgeting and she grabbed him by back left leg so hard he screamed out in pain. When the girl who was grooming the smaller dog looked up when bigger dog screamed out she saw me looking in the window. I told the Oriental lady immediately "hey she is being rough with the German Shephard she made him scream when she pulled his leg" she did nothing - I yelled loud into the back said "hey! take it easy with the dog" To the owner of the German Shephard I am sorry your dog was mistreated-but I am glad that I saw this before I left my dog in their care. I walked out and will Never Return. What is worse is they had my phone number No One Called me I had to call in and talk to Alex the Manager who I had to repeat the story to him 5 times. I will Never Ever walk into that place again.

Always a good trim for my Miniature Schnauzer. And she likes it there!

I don't know how the business is since I never brought my dog here to get groomed but I did have a bad experience here with an interview. It was a while ago and I can say it was the worst interview ever. I showed up on time and the receptionist guy gave me an interview and was very rude. He went on to cuss and give me an attitude. I was being nice and answering all his questions but hands down can say that the way he treated me was terrible. I hope he learns to treat people better.

Good food and great place to take the family and the dog. They even have meals you can buy for your dog too!

I've taken my dogs there twice now. My boys come out happy, clean, groomed very well and smelling amazing!!! Every little detail is taken care of and even their teeth are brushed so well. I couldn't be happier with Lazy Dog Grooming!!

I love this place! I take my two dogs here every month and they come home perfectly groomed. I have a big Lab and a medium sized Shiba Inu with completely different grooming needs. They get a Blueberry Facial which smells so good and lasts for a good two weeks+ depending on what they get into. Best to call ahead they are very busy!
