BEWARE The guy in charge (John) is a fast-talking salesman! Does not honor what he tells you, make sure you get everything he says before you leave & in writing and make sure shots are up to date. The vets he recommends charge way more than what he will tell you! Also, a lot of $$$money for what used to be considered "Mutts" or mixed breeds. The 1 Star is for the staff... they are really nice :) And if the owner responds with "are you sure you have the right puppy store?" Amazing experience here. John does everything he can to get you the dog of your dreams- and makes sure everything goes smoothly. He took amazing care of us during our purchase, and stands behind customer service and pet safety and care. The store is amazingly clean- not one foul smell or dirty kennel. The puppies are well taken care of, and the staff is constantly cleaning and caring for the dogs. It’s a great place to find your new best friend!

I just bought a "tea cup Yorkie," from this store. They demanded I pay cash only if I wanted the dog. It was sick which got my other dog sick for the first time in 13 years, and almost killed him. The puppy than started to seizure, come to find out our "pure Breed" dog had surgery in the first month of its life which no one told me. Our "tea cup yorkie" has since grown to almost 9 lbs at 15 weeks with a super long tail and ears. I feel duped. I'm going to my vet to have it tested and see if this paperwork checks out. If the dog doesn't come back as a pure breed I will be going to the city (fraud), irs (cash only) and the local news so no other customer goes through the same experience.

I do love my Beagle puppy Bruno he was blessing to me. But I'm so disappointed with how he heath was 2 day after we brought him home. He had two different Parasites although this is common for puppies, his health card record it say he was on deworming medication. It was a cheep Brand so it didn't help much. They also gave him his Bordetella and parvo shot to early. The seconds round was early so we had to redo them. I dont mind spending my Money on my love bug bit you need to send people hone with health puppies a.d also stay on track with there shots. Amd they definitely over price there puppies

I simply went in last week just happened to be passing by. I only stopped in to get a glimpse and it was like stepping into a nursery of little ones. Instantly blew me away and the staff, I forget her name but she was very friendly. Hope to meet the owner soon.

Great place to choose pure bred puppies. Makes you sterilize before handling the puppies.

It’s not worth it..they give you a dog that isn’t potty trained at all & by their age, it should be. They do not stand behind their puppies like they advertise. Would never recommend. None of them are neutered or spayed & they don’t educate everyone about that. You can get a pet for less from a shelter or a private party. Also they sell some dogs that aren’t the correct breed. :/

Very friendly and caring staff. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, John is a great person, had an incident with my puppy and John helped me resolve it asap! If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would, definitely spreading the word for people to go here if they are looking for a new baby!

Clean but rude employee Re:She had dark hair I came in Monday afternoon. Thanks for reply. She sat on phone and did not acknowledge me after saying hello when I walked in. Very disappointed because I heard great things about this place. I don’t know name.

I came in a couple days ago with my family to look at dogs. I planned to get one for my daughter’s birthday in a few weeks and the customer service was incredible. A girl named Mandy was awesome, she was so helpful and so nice. She even wrote down her number for any further questions outside of store hours so we could come back and surprise my daughter. It’s such a clean facility, and such a welcoming environment. My family will be back. This is so much better than all puppey stores around the valley, you can tell they are so well taken care of.

A great way for dogs to communicate with human interaction.I love this place it's so fun to play with dogs, and know the experience if you can't afford one.

this is the best puppy store i’ve ever been to — it’s so clean, the employees and customer service is amazing! the girls there are so friendly and helpful and the puppies look so happy and playful, i will definitely be purchasing my puppy from them!

I bought a dog and I was happy because the price was great compared to other stores but my puppy has been sick ever since we brought her home. I've spent already $600 in vet bills and appointments and they do not cover any thing. I've called the store and the sales girl told me "there's nothing they can do per the policy" so that is disappointing. I guess that is the price I paid. Regardless, I love my puppy so mcuh and she has brought so much joy but I feel so bad for her being so sick.

Wentin today I was surprised how friendly and clean everything was , I asked about a couple prices and they weren’t bad compared to other pet shops I’ve been to . #kind #clean
