I ♡ this place! I've never used their dog sitting or grooming services but the self wash doggy wash is great.I have 130# Blk Lab that sheds like crazy.In the summer months I can wash him outdoors but still have a huge clean up after and I don't even attempt it indoors.The Family Paw has a self wash room with 2 seperate metal tubs,shampoos,comditioners,ear cleaners,nail trimmers,scrubbys,furminators,brushes,combs,aprons,and towels all included for under $15.It's a great deal and someone else cleans up when you're done.One last thing to mention is each tub has an entry door and both stairs and a ramp to get your dog into them.Moving my dog when he doesn't want to go is like trying to move a mountain but w/ the ramp it was doable. ????????

Absolutely disgusting how you're trying to cover up your mistake. A dog died because of you and you keep deleting these reviews even though they're telling the truth. A dog got attacked at your place and you waited 10 HOURS until you took the dog to a vet. The problem is not that the dog got attacked, but that you didn't help a suffering animal. The dog died - probably because of you. That's disgusting. I'd give you 0 stars if I could.

They keep paying money to get realistic reviews taken down. Not to mention about the neglect and not contacting the owner for 25 hours when their dog was attacked and the dog had to be put down.

ATTENTION EVERYONE: FAMILY PAW IS ACTIVELY DELETING ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THEM!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Remember Abby? The beautiful dog who died due to the extreme neglect by you and your staff? No? Let me jog your memory: Abby was bit in the neck by another dog there, and sure, accidents happen, but what followed was criminal. They waited 10 hours to take her to an animal hospital and never even gave them her medical records, never told the animal hospital how old she was and what underlying conditions she had. They waited 25 hours to tell her owner what had happened (after telling multiple lies about how Abby was fine and ready to get picked up), but by then it was already too late. She died shortly after. Boarding center has never talked to the owner since. So if you don't mind the chance of picking up your pet from an animal hospital with no warning or call when the incident occurs, go ahead and take your pet here.

They butchered my labradoodles hair. Charged me $80 and didn’t style her hair just cut all of her hair the same length. Also didn’t even clean her ears. Won’t go back.

Love this place. Been taking my German Shepard here to be groomed by Kelly since she was a puppy. Never been disappointed

We love this place! Everyone that works there are friendly and helpful. It's so much easier washing ours pups then doing it at home

I called to inquire about cat boarding, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude and unprofessional, the way she spoke to me and her answers to my questions were literally as if she didn’t want the business. So bizarre. And what a shame, I would have chosen this place based on the website and pricing, but customer service is everything!! Sorry, I’ll go to a place that wants the business and is friendly and professional!!

Kelly cut our dog Harley perfectly the first time. This is a very friendly place to bring your pets.

Friendly staff affordable pricing I love that I am able to take my own shampoo and conditioner Tubs are a great height so there's no need for me to bend over and strain my back. Been there twice and I will definitely keep coming back. Oh & they have a loyalty punch card.

We picked up our new dog from the animal shelter on Saturday and later that same day we came to Family Paw. Kelley Stillings was the groomer and she came out, sat on the floor and introduced herself to our new, skittish pet. She noticed a sore on his backside and said it would be best to wait till Monday before any grooming & washing was to be done so that it wouldn't cause any harm to his sore. but she took him back and cleaned his eyes and trimmed around his nose and eyebrows. We came back on Monday and she said it was still too soon since the wound needed to heal more. We brought him back on Saturday and she did a wonderful job with our new pet. Kelley is very concerned about the dogs safety & well-being. She noticed some possible trouble areas with his ears, and she was very cautious & conscientious in those areas and she explained to us why she was so cautious. We will bring our dog back only to Family Paw and we will always request Kelley since she has earned our trust and our dog's trust as well.

This place is great! I brought my husky lab mix in for a self service and they had everything I needed. They literally provide everything for just $12 (per dog). The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

This is a great place to take your dogs, very professional and clean. I was greeting at the door by the owner Justin, He explained everything and answer all my questions. I have the opportunity to have my dog groomed by Kelley, she is awesome! very gentle and kind, she took the time to made sure he was comfortable. She did a great job, My dog look amazing! 100% recommended Family Paws. ????????

Based on reviews, I took my terrier mix in to give her a bath. It was our first visit and I will definitely go again. Staff was welcoming and helpful.....And the facility was very clean and well stocked.

Family paw is a great groomer and a wonderful facility for my pets. So glad we found them.

I asked about a last minute 2 night stay and they were very accommodating. Also, very friendly and welcoming considering my pup can be a little temperamental and difficult at times. He definitely had a great stay and didn't want to leave when my husband picked him up. The price was quite affordable. I will definitely be using them for any future travel plans.

My puppies are very happy with Family Paw. I left them for 2 weeks and they were both physically healthy and jolly when I came to pick them up. Family members were able to check up on them and play with them for sometime while the staff gave updates on how they were doing. I’m very happy with Family Paw and will certainly bring my babies back. ????????????????

We travel full time so sometimes have to find kennels in different places. This can be a bit stressful for us and our dogs. Family Paw in Henderson was a great find. Left our pups for 3 nights while we were in Vegas. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Shared pics of our pups interacting with others and set our minds at ease that they were handling the experience well. Picked up 2 clean [free bath with 3 night stay] happy pups at the end. Will definitely use them again when in the area!

I take my dogs at least 6 time and they do very good job i wish ale the mask stop soon so you can have face to face talk with their staff like before. But they do what is necessary to stay in business in this crazy times. Thank you .

Wish I found this place a lot sooner. I got the okay to give my dog her first bath since having surgery and I was able to get right in for a self wash. All the supplies were ready to go and they even give you an apron so you don't get soaked which is a nice touch. The facility was clean and staff was very helpful. I'll definitely be back for future grooming.

Please stop booking upwards of 10-25 dogs for one groomer. Alert customers if you are behind and cancel late afternoon appointments for grooming. Own up to mistakes and be transparent. Help customers reschedule with special consideration if these mistakes happen. Please don’t try to monetize at the cost of customers free time and at the expense of their dogs comfort. First time there. My furry friend, boyfriend and I had an appointment at 11 am. Showed up on time, was told to wait for the groomer. Waited to speak to said person for at least five minutes. Kind of weird but understandable once she tells us they had 17 dogs with everyone being boarded there and groomed. Thought that was a lot of dogs to have at one time but knew I had heard at least two groomers names when I had scheduled. I showed the picture of how I like my dog’s hair cut in an interaction I felt to be less than enthusiastic. Again no biggie. She tells us she will be in touch when he’s ready. Three hours pass. I call to check on my bud around 2:10 pm. I had not heard from Family Paw so I had to look up the number again. I wait about 2 minutes on the phone for the check-in attendant to tell me there are still “a few” dogs before my dog (who hadn’t even been brushed, let alone groomed). I tell her I would be there shortly to get him. When I arrive, there’s a lady checking out. And two gentleman with a small dog in one of their laps. I wait for the transaction to finish and the counter attendant to take a phone call. I ask for my dog and the lady says: “I’m sorry” but not much else. When she opens the door to the back I see an employee in the back scrolling on her phone. I didn’t have to pay since my dog wasn’t even brushed in the nearly 4 hours he was there. I did tell the two patrons sitting in the lobby about the situation. I didn’t stay to find out if they left their dog to be groomed or not.

There was a misunderstanding over scheduling, but they agreed to groom my dog. When I went to pick him up the groomer (Kelly) simply plopped him down on the ground in the lobby and stormed out saying nothing. This establishment is on a very BUSY ROAD and if another customer had opened the door my dog would have ran right out. I had to scramble to pick him up. I understand from her behavior that Kelly was upset, but I had nothing to do with that and her lack of professionalism put my dog directly at risk, exposing my dog to the danger of running outside onto a busy street is unforgivable!!!!! I'm heartbroken. The owners of FP did apologize to me recently, but as long as Kelly Skilling (spelling?) is there, there's no way!!!

I agree with the other reviewers about the self wash area at Family Paw. It's set up conveniently with everything you need at a good price. Our Rottie loved it!
