Been going to this Vet Clinic for over 15 years with numerous dogs. It got sold a few years ago to another vet group & obviously somethings changed. Just different, not necessarily bad. A little higher priced , more paperwork , recommendations ( suggestions). Was contemplating moving my business to a vet closer to me before I took my dog to the clinic last week. I changed my mind in spite of the distance protocols due to vivid. The friendliness, efficiency, & extreme professionalism made me realize that my pet was in good hands. The vet talked to me & explained everything without “overselling” me as many vets do. The level of care was excellent. The follow up call the next day to see how my pet was doing cemented my decision to stay. Love your pet , trust these guys to take care of it!

Not sure about the new owner ship, seems to be all about money now. I've been going there for 10 years now, the staff was always nice and caring. We will see about the new owners, will update wether I keep going there or not.. UPDATE: Yep! All about the dollar now. Performed unnecessary surgery on my dog, nickel and dime you to death. I switched to grateful pets now in Boulder city.

I would have marked (good quality), but I believe it’s excellent quality. We were with another veterinarian clinic since we moved here in 2005. For personal reasons, although they were a good clinic, we felt it was time to find another. Animal Focus Vet was my choice, and I am very pleased with the quality and personal care the whole staff have given my fur babies.

The best vet hands down. Dr Snead and dr owens are amazing. The entire staff is so attentive. My dog wasn’t feeling well and I described her symptoms to one of the secretaries, carrie, and she got my dog in the same day because she didn’t want her to wait. Turns out my dog needed surgery that day. I am forever thankful to the entire staff at animal focus vet! I will never go anywhere else!!!! We appreciate you! Ali and Venus

I have a reactive dog and went to a few different veterinary clinics before going to Animal Focus Vet. When I first brought him in originally it was due to his anxiety and behavioral issues and they referred me to a great trainer. My dog has come such a long way. First visit he was barking and growling at everyone at the clinic and now he’s much calmer and is able to be worked with by the hospital. The Doctors, VAs and LVTs are always patient with my dog and every visit he gets major compliments on how far he’s come in regards to his temperament. Before I was nervous about going to the vet because I didn’t feel like he was in the best hands and now I do. We primarily see Dr. Owens and he is the on of the only doctors, human and animal, I’ve ever dealt with that takes the time to discuss your pets visit and make sure you are on the same page as he is in regards to treatment. Definitely recommend.

I am very happy the way they care of my pet. It is my first time here bringing my dog ???? for check up. Dr Owens take his time explaining and answering my questions. Staff are very friendly and smile at me during our interaction. They are caring and loving staff. I will recommend them to my friends, relatives and family ❤️. Good job ???? ????.

All we can say is that Dr Owens and his amazing team have always taken excellent care of both our puppies! Even though our puppies are a handful, the team never complained. Whenever we’ve had urgent issues, they have always found time to squeeze them in, and that’s what you want for your babies. We really appreciate all they do ❤️

I have been using this vet office for years. Great vets, wonderful staff!! Can't say enough good things about the entire staff! Very caring and always call to check up on my pets who are frequent flyers due to their age. While they are a bit on the higher priced side now, I continue to take my crew there due to the great care.

My dogs and I love Animal Focus Vet - Henderson. The staff is so caring and professional; I especially appreciate how the docs take as much time as necessary to answer questions and provide information. Highly recommend.

These people are very professional, very caring and you can tell that they love their jobs and how they treat the animals is just absolutely fabulous. My dog loves to go there and she is treated so well. I highly recommend bringing your pet to this place. It’s an awesome experience.

The vet techs are all super nice but the doctor is pushy, condescending, and doesn't listen. This place is way overpriced and a waste of time. Go somewhere else or you'll discover them smiling while force-pounding your bungle

They just want your money..

Very professional, it is always a traumatic experience to lose your pet ( who is family) I had Wilson for 13 years, very protective of us. I was so pleased with the staff and Doctor. For a sad experience, they made it a lot better for us. Thank you guys for your caring attitude. Slade Griffin

I just want to give a huge thank you to the doctor and the staff. Staying two hours after on a Saturday to help my baby. I’m so grateful for the love I got and my baby! Dr. Owens was so kind and he explained everything in a way that I understood. Will be coming back with my other babies as well! Thank you again!

All the staff there were friendly and very helpful in answering my questions. The vet tech were responsive and considerate about the care of the patients in the clinic.

Dr. Owen's is loving and caring for all animals who comes to the clinic. He dedicates his time to explain and making sure every pet has the best quality care for every visit.

The only reason we still go here is beacuse we got the 1 year of lazer treatments for our dog once it is done we are gone. We asked for the vet just to look at a hot spot while she was in getting a lazer treatment. They wanted an office fee and a vet fee. No wonder why there parking lot is empty most of the time.

I am very happy with the overall care and process that you have right now. Your team is so kind and caring and it makes it easier, for this pet mom to know that my Bear is in great hands. Took my friends dog in to have a knot removed from the top of his head. The dog is 17 years old. They wanted to charge me $3,801.04. I refuse service. Because I refused service they called animal control out on me. Animal control came to my home understood why we refused service and offered euthanasia services when we thought he was ready. I would not have bothered giving this establishment a star,, but did so because it's required in order to post a reviews. I have never been to this veterinarian before. I have two other dogs. They will not be getting anymore business from me ever. The vet said that the dog was to sick to get vaccines, however, well enough to undergo 2 major surgeries. Clearly this outfit is only interested in making a lot of money and not for the care of my animal. All I needed done for the immediate time was to have the knot on his head removed. But no you didn't want to do that unless I was willing to pay you nearly $4000.00 to care for dental extraction, and removal of the tumor on his head that was bleeding. You let me walk out of the office with my dog bleeding because I would not agree to pay you nearly $4000.00. The neglect falls upon you. Wish I could sick animal control on you. While we sympathize with that, we also have a legal and moral obligation to do our due diligence inspecting a pet's health before we put them down. Health records indicated the dog was 15 and not 17 years old however, regardless of age, was healthy but showed clear signs of neglect. The estimate you were presented with was a range to include the solutions to the issues the dog was dealing with as a result of neglect. Fixable issues are not cause for euthanasia, and as mentioned above morally and legally if we see something wrong-- we have to say something. We are glad Animal Control was able to present you with options you could work with and we respect your decision to take your business elsewhere.

Not only do they try to upsell the health of your pet, but the employees park in your driveway of your house across the street from their own parking lot!

They made the process of losing my pet bearable. They took him right away and let me be with him till the end. They even put cut out hearts on his bandage. It showed me they cared about my cat and its the little things that meant a lot. I will gladly return with future pets for treatment.

I know you all care for him just as much as I do when he is in your possession. You have helped with his liver, pancreas and more to ensure a better quality and quantity of life. I couldn't have picked a better place for my baby boy!!

I would like to thank all those who were so patient and caring at such a time when you have to make a choice for someone who is part of your family who is loved so much. They took the time to give me there thoughts and opinions and also waited patiently for my thoughts and decision when I was going back and forth with the thought of having to let someone go who is loved so much.
