Canine Retreat is the ABSOLUTE BEST place to take your dogs (and cats)! The owner is an incrediblly kind and caring person. He genuinely cares about every animal and person that he does business with. He is kind and respectful to the staff and truly shows his appreciation to them. This is important to me because I know that employees who are well taken care of are good employees, hence good with my babies while in their care as well. The owner's wife is the most amazing veterinarian I've ever known....and I've known MANY over the years. I was actually referred here by her many many years ago. The manager, Ashley has a heart of gold and will ALWAYS have your pets best interests at heart. Kcee who works the front desk, has been around forever (or so it seems), she too has a heart of gold and constantly goes out of her way to make the pups happy and comfortable. She has no problem taking a few extra minutes to coax my nervous nelly down the hall and never rushes her or me. We are moving out of state next month and will truly miss the Canine Retreat family...because that's what they have become to our family over the years. If you are close enough to check them out, consider yourself very fortunate to be able to join the family.

We are so happy with Canine Retreat and most importantly our sweet fur baby loves it also, she has had a couple of day stays and we also have just recently gone out of town and we left her in the GREAT care of all the fur baby care givers. We were able to check in on her now and then through their online camera system,such a fabulous way to stay connected to your fur baby...we and our fur baby Lex,i LOVES Canine Retreat...❤❤❤

Great staff and open play area make this a great place for my pet to interact with other dogs and have a good time. It is also great to be able to check on my pet via the webcam.

We were looking for a place that offered cage free boarding and we are so glad we found this place! Our Rocket loves this place and there's someone there with them overnight. This is our go to when we need to leave our Rocket and we need to go somewhere and we love it. Highly recommended!

I love my GG very much and I feel safe leaving her at Canine Retreat. She is always so happy when I pick her up (and exhausted ) and my experience has been wonderful, thank you!

I loved taking my fur baby here! The staff is super nice and the facility is always kept clean. If I am having a slow day at work I can check the doggy cams on their website. Most mornings KC or another staff member will pick Mia (my fur baby) up from my car which is super helpful when I am in a hurry. The price is understandable if you work full time I suggest getting the monthly plan and you can even drop you dog off on weekends for a few hours while you run errands. They have a later pick up time on week days which beats a lot of pet daycares in the area which is helpful! Would highly recommend!

Big open space day care and boarding. Separate areas for large dogs and small/medium dogs. The staff are very attentive, cleaning all the time, and you can watch them on web cams.

My two years old GS absolutely loves this place. A big warehouse space for all the big dogs to run and play, always 2-3 dog loving staffs attending to them, cleaning up the spills and breaking up the too intense play. The staffs are wonderful, manager Ashley is great, KCee is so sweet. The stayover arrangement is easy and my dog has no problem staying with them for couple weeks. The grooming is wonderful too, my dog always smelled nicely for a long time. Glad it's a place for us

My dog Daisy practically breaks the door down to go here! I’m guessing she’s having so much fun and can’t wait to meet up with her friends! The staff is always so kind and sweet and bring her out to the car or get her when I drop off. They always let me know about how her day was and sometimes when she is a bit naughty and needed a time out. My dog loves this place so I guess that speaks volumes!

Our 12 year old toy poodle mix is not usually in mixed company with a dozen or more other dogs. In fact he is pretty much a homebody. At his age he sleeps much of the day while "watching " for squirrels in the backyard. But after a week of boarding he has a great appetite and seems more peppy although he really crashes during the day now. Canine Retreat requires an evaluation before they will accept a dog for daycare or boarding. The staff is great. You can really tell how much each person loves animals. The place is super clean

I love this daycare! My puppy does too! She has a blast all day and comes home with all her energy let out which is just what she needs! I had tried numerous daycares before finding Canine Retreat. It was an exhausting and stressful experience! My puppy had come home with injuries from other daycares, and although I understand some nicks and cuts will happen, the injuries she sustained were just way out of the norm. I was starting to lose hope until I found Canine Retreat! The orientation process was a breath of fresh air compared to others. I was explained every step of the process, I got to watch the socialization test as it happened, and even got to watch my puppy be introduced to the pack. I was allowed to watch for as long as I wanted that first day! Even now, if I want to get a sneak peek they allow me into the room to watch the pack. This place truly is top of the line. The owners are veterinarians so they know exactly what these dogs need to be happy and healthy. It is an indoor facility which is just what my puppy needed due to the previous road rash injuries she kept getting at other places, and they have cameras - not hiding anything from pet owners, separate runs, and small and large dog areas. They have 24/7 monitoring at all times! Flexible in week, weekend, and holiday hours! The staff knows my pup extremely well, and they know me by name. I feel like part of the family with them and I know my pup is in great hands. Even when we found out about my pup’s allergies they made note of it and made sure that all staff were aware in order to look out for her when she is there. I cannot rave about this place enough!! Good staff. Great service. You can watch your dogs interact with the staff and other dogs. Rates are competitive. I have not had any billing issues and never been turned down for a last minuet drop off.

My Bella loves coming here and playing with her friends.. I love that I can watch her on the web cams..The staff is very friendly and they always make sure she is having a good time and being taken care of..???????? She one happy and tired pup when I pick her up❤️

My dog went here for a 10 day boarding while I was away. I watched her on the webcam and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be bringing Skye back!!

My Sadie loves going to canine Retreat, and I love taking her. I never worry about her when she's there. I think it's been almost 3 years, and it just gets better. Thanks to Jeff and staff for this ideal place for our beloved pets to hang out together and play❤

I love this place! I never have to worry when I drop my pup off here! She always has a good time and always comes home exhausted. Dogs have to go through a 4 hour consultation (you are only required to stay for 10-15 minutes though) to make sure that they will be compatible with the other dogs. As a dog owner this makes me feel comfortable leaving her around the other dogs. The staff is beyond friendly and the facility is super clean! If you need a place for doggy daycare or boarding, I would highly recommend this place!!!!!!

great space for dogs and the webcams are a great addition. watch out for the times the cams are active tho, it's not all hours.

This place is just Awesome! Staff is friendly and the facility is run very professionally. Now my dog can play all day without me having to worry about him while I am gone. He comes home tired and happy and I sure am happy to have found this place!
